She then emailed the parties that Placer Title couldn't open escrow because "the volume right now is preventing me to spend the additional time for this order." Beyond reflecting an attitude more than a stone's throw short of professionalism, the escrow officer's response is entertaining for a couple of reasons. First, actually reading documents is apparently "additional time" and going above and beyond for the escrow officer- she clearly had not read anything in the two weeks that the agents and I had been sending her information. Second, the escrow officer sent her email after we had decided to open escrow at another company (specifically based upon her conduct and attitude), the new escrow had been opened and sale documents exchanged. I have used other offices of PTC and have nothing but good things to say about their level of service. I would not recommend PTC's Fair Oaks office under any circumstance based upon my experience.

While I was…read morehoping to have more than a few days to give notice to my current landlord, pack, and actually move, Bruce insisted that the apartment needed to be rented within 10 days, which fell on the Thanksgiving holiday. It's a difficult time for anyone to move on such short notice, especially given the pandemic, but I had no choice but to adjust my timeframe to secure this apartment - one I desperately needed. Bruce collected the credit check fee and kept flip-flopping on the timeframe in which he would process my application. He told me he was delayed due to a family matter, and I was patient and understanding as this continued to push back my application being processed. However, when I called to check on the status of my application, Bruce told me that since I was unable to commit to an earlier move date, he was moving forward with someone else who was willing to take the apartment within the next day. How could I commit to anything when my application hadn't been processed and I hadn't yet been approved? Was I supposed to give notice and rent a truck without having a lease in hand? Bruce collected an application fee from me, gave me the runaround for several days, pressured me into agreeing to move 3 weeks earlier than I'd planned, and never actually intended to rent to me. I am a working professional, quiet, considerate, and have a credit score over 800. I am a solid tenant. So I suspect Bruce discriminated against me because I have an ESA, which he explained when we met that he is knows is illegal. Wonder how that will go over once it's reported. It comes down to a matter of a few days - was it worth all the damage you caused to get someone in just a few days sooner? You should be ashamed of yourself for being this unprofessional. And I saw your original reply to my Google review. You want to discuss this over the phone? I already tried that. You wouldn't let me speak. I also emailed you. But there's nothing left to say. You did something cruel, greedy, and inconsiderate. Hope it was worth it.

You know it's going to be a good company when it's one property manager giving another property…read moremanager a 5 star review. Gabe and his team at Allegiance are so easy and great to work with. It's been exceptionally hard to find help with some properties in the Sacramento area that I can't manage myself. During my initial search, most of companies I talked to in the area over promised and under delivered. From the first call, it was clear that they were lacking professionalism, industry knowledge and some never even called me back. I do have high standards of course as I myself have been doing the job for 10 years but I couldn't believe the experiences I was having with these other companies. When I finally found the Allegiance team, I was so relieved. Not only are they great at what they do and got these properties rented quickly, they are just fun to work with and very down to earth. Their knowledge, professionalism, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service also set them apart in the industry. They will continue to be my first choice in the Sacramento area and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Allegiance Team! Highly Recommend!

We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

I was a tenant at the Villas Encantadoras for 2 1/2 years when I was in law school and left my apartment in excellent condition. Craig said he would refund my security deposit when I left, but after I moved to Oregon he ignored all calls and emails and decided to pocket my security deposit for himself. I filed a lawsuit in Sacramento Small Claims Court a few months ago and won. Craig, who is also an attorney, didn't even show up to the Small Claims hearing. Do not get scammed by this company.

Grounds are nice, two walk in closets, it's quiet here, good location. If you think you want to move here ask yourself, would I live here if the rent was $200 higher? $300? $400? Because the rent will go up and then you're stuck paying too much or with the hassle of moving again. Maintenance is summed up by over-promising and under-delivering. Plan on living with minor annoyances. The people are nice and all, but the things that they say they'll repair or update just don't happen. The apartments look nice, but a lot of that is surface nice. (little things like outlets you can't plug your computer or tv into; one outlet in the kitchen; old loud window AC units..). These apartments are OLD. Don't let the granite countertop fool you into thinking that anything is updated. If you're going to pay this much you might as well rent a new unit someplace that has actual amenities.
