However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. They manage the process of preparing your property for the rental market, they handle the marketing and advertising on multiple listings, collect applications, screen applicants, onboard tenants, respond to their needs in the course of the tenancy, and offboard them.
