I do have high standards of course as I myself have been doing the job for 10 years but I couldn't believe the experiences I was having with these other companies. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

Most recently, Luke, provided that steady support in helping resolve a stressful situation. Their office seems to be organized by specialties and functions that overlap rather than by rigid departments. They manage the process of preparing your property for the rental market, they handle the marketing and advertising on multiple listings, collect applications, screen applicants, onboard tenants, respond to their needs in the course of the tenancy, and offboard them. You are always made aware of what's going on and always have final approval. And they also provide you with an Income/Expense statement at year end. They are only open 9am-5pm M-F (take 12-1pm for lunch)-- which means since I work full-time, I have t take an extended lunch just to drop off my rent check (since I really can't afford the bill pay option as like paycheck to paycheck).
