I do have high standards of course as I myself have been doing the job for 10 years but I couldn't believe the experiences I was having with these other companies. We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

They do not have a drop box or say not to use it because people steal from it. They are only open 9am-5pm M-F (take 12-1pm for lunch)-- which means since I work full-time, I have t take an extended lunch just to drop off my rent check (since I really can't afford the bill pay option as like paycheck to paycheck). Perhaps an online payment portal would be really nice for renters.
