They were able to somehow recover the hard drive (even though everything had been wiped) in no time at all, and it hardly cost me anything. The second time I came here, I wanted them to look at my computer. My computer's performance had become incredibly slow over the last couple years, and I had tried everything. I had a lot of people look at it, lowered all of my computer settings, updated my drivers, etc. None of that worked. When I brought my laptop here, they literally took my laptop apart, used a blowing machine, and cleaned out all of its interior. They were methodical and patient. And they only charged me $20 (another store had told me on the phone they would charge me over a hundred plus additional installation and hardware costs for a new video card - which I did not need).
