The Laptop Guy impressed the heck out of me! I called, on a Sunday, because the "w" key on my…read morelaptop keyboard stopped working suddenly. My laptop is my livelihood, so getting it fixed was imperative. When I called, the first thing he did was tell me how to try to get it working by myself. In the meantime, he would look up the price for a replacement keyboard. My first attempt didn't work, but in a second call, he helped me through the difficulty, and then it worked! Even if it hadn't, he told me it wouldn't cost more than $50 in labor to switch out the board. He was nice and generously gave his time to help me through this without any profit.
