Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. The living room TV was a 77 inch tv with mount & wiring the cables through the walls so it looks clean. The other TV's were for my garage & home office. Bob has always been my sales person and he is really a great guy to deal with. Prices on equipment are pretty much the same as buying from stores like Best Buy but it's much more personal. They also have some high end equipment that you won't find shopping at Best Buy. Some things are less expensive, for example my extended warranty on my new television was over $500 less than Best Buy charges, however installation charges were more. I had them install a new television in my bedroom, and move two others around the house, it did take longer than I expected but the installers were very good and made sure everything was perfect before they left. They even knew to bring a mount that would work on my set even though I thought I had one that would work. That saved me having to have them make another trip. Sorry I don't have photos.
