Sure, there are other larger companies that provide repair services for older Macs, and even the new ones if it's possible. Wow! What can I say, except that I was thoroughly blown away by the service I received from Kyle. I read all these reviews- every one except for one 5 stars. I kept seeing people rave about the price, the service, the work, the speed. I had a hard time believing it could be this good, but After you read so many positive reviews, how can you not give it a shot? Well, to steal a line from Han Solo in "The Force Awakens" - "It's true. All of it." And Kyle is like a master Jedi of IT and computing skills. I took in one work project and one personal project- one Mac and one PC. The PC was ancient. We're talking like when early 2000's. Kyle was able to grab a hard drive for it and save all of my data- I walked away with a backup drive and the original hard drive happy as a clam. Kyle also fixed an issue with my Mac- I was at the edge of my memory resource usage, my display wouldn't stay on- it was a mess. Kyle backed up all of my data to the cloud and made sure it was all there, resolved the issues and got me running on the latest operating system. He did this all in like less than two days. Super speedy. I mean, there's no time to shoot the breeze when you work as fast as Kyle. No nonsense. He knew what I needed before I could get the words out- he knew the solution and didn't need to bore me with the details. I just knew it was gonna be taken care of fast and, believe it or not, incredibly affordably. Seriously. Kyle's prices are more than fair. There was going to be a delay in the repair so I looked around my area ( Thousand Oaks) for an authorized Apple Repair Shop and found Kyle. Kyle is awesome. He's honest, fair & fast. My macbook pro had a few issues. The main issue was my track pad wouldn't click and I use it a lot! My battery was old so I was gonna have him replace it while he was in there. He told me he thought the battery was bulging and replacing the battery might just take care of the touch pad issue. He was right! Had him install a new SSD and new speakers for good measure. He told me he would have it done in 2-3 days and he did...and for a fair price!
