We recently had our master bedroom closet and son's closets done by Bill Curran (president/owner of the company). I could not be more pleased with the customer service and the quality product. Bill really CARES about his product and walks you through all the details and possibilities. He even went out of his way to find me the exact pulls I wanted for cabinets. They were very price competitive. We shopped around a lot and Bill's price was almost 20% less than closet works. I can't say enough good things about our experience and the closets themselves. I have recommend them to both of my sisters. In fact once my dad saw their work, he was kicking himself for going with another closet solution. read more

My walk-in closet looks great! And, they turned a closet into a new hall with closet space on both sides. With the crown molding, it looks like built-ins and the closets can hold a TON of stuff, which is important in my condo where storage is limited! My closet used every bit of available space and even incorporated a chandelier without looking crowded. The only thing I would change would be to make it easier to move shelves around as my needs change; not everything had pre-drilled holes to facilitate that. read more

When we moved into our bungalow last year, we knew we would need to make better use of our existing closet space and find some more. Our designer, Marcia, helped us turn one small closet into a space where my wife could store all her hanging clothes, her shoes and her bags. Marcia also designed a built-in space to fill an area we were otherwise unable to use due to a low ceiling. It has two spaces for hanging clothes, four shelves and six drawers. When installation day came, Justin arrived with all of the necessary pieces. One piece did not fit as planned. Before I even saw the finished product, he pointed this out to me and set up a date later that week to bring a new piece which would fit. We were incredibly impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Closet OS, and the pride they took in their work. I recently had my closet built out by Closet Organizing Systems and I'm so glad that I chose this company. I started out by having 3 different local companies come out and give me design ideas as well as estimates. COS was one of these companies. Rich was prompt to his consultation meeting with me and seemed very knowledgeable in everything he discussed. He measured the closet and gave me advice as to what would work and where. He took the time to render CAD drawings on his laptop right there in my house. We went over the drawings and I modified it exactly how I wanted it. He was able to quickly adjust my price based on what I was adding / removing. He provided me PDF drawings sent to my email of what we went over. I decided to choose COS out of the 3 companies that I got based on their amazing reviews online. If I was going to shell out all this money for a closet build out, I wanted to make sure that it was a company that was reliable, professional and had a good track record of customer service. I scheduled my install for a week after I submitted the paperwork. Todd was my installed and he showed up right on time and spent most of the day in my closet crafting the masterpiece. Once Todd was done, he presented me the closet and boy was I blown away. It was way better than I could have ever imagined and I knew right then and there I had chosen the right company. Todd cleaned his entire working area (my entire room) as I couldn't even notice he had been there all day. We had an empty 2nd bedroom that we wanted to have 2 workstations custom designed for computer use, etc. Our designer, Jamie, came to our condo and spent several hours working with us to get the best design that would match our budget. She did an amazing job in getting our needs into a design that met our needs. The materials and colors were what we wanted and the 1 day install went perfectly. The crew did a very professional job in installing the workstations and left the room cleaner than when they arrived. We worked with Donna Siben at Closet Organizing Systems to design a reach in closet in our master bedroom. Spent about an hour laying out all the different options and discussing what would work best in the space, Donna listened and had a number of great ideas in terms of laying out the design. The design and related quotes were turned around within two days, I appreciated the company's flexibility in bidding the design with three different types of materials so we could understand the price points and in quickly updating the bid when we made some final changes. Donna worked closely with their production manager and I to resolve two final updates related to the best approach for the casing and trim and had the closet materials ready and scheduled for installation within several weeks. The installation went smooth and the installers were professional - on time, polite and friendly, respected the house and surroundings during their work, and left work area spotless. Donna followed up with us the day of the install to confirm everything was completed to our satisfaction. Experience with Closet OS was great, we will be updating two walk ins and another reach in later in the year and plan on using Donna and the company again. read more

COS is locally owned. Tom the designer did an outstanding job! He even took an inventory of our clothes before creating a design. Where do you get that level of detail today without a cost at the initial consultation? The design was great and the materials we chose were first rate. John the installer was more of a craftsman than just an installer. He did a beautiful installation and cleaned up like he was never even there. All appointments by everybody were kept and installation was as promised. For the work that was done, the price was reasonable and fair. We would recommend COS to anybody. read more

Their closet designer did an excellent job understanding our needs and creating the closet layout. The company provided excellent support when doing final measurements and helping me identify the best locations for outlets and venting.
