This place is a threat to public health! The regular Joe doesn't know what's going on behind the scenes (Kitchen). I went to Cloud 9 twice now and I will not going back because of how filthy their hookahs are. For me, they has always been a concern sharing my hookah with everyone and the problem for me is that at Cloud9, they don't seems to care about the cleanliness of their hookah pipes and bottle. Who knows how many airborne diseases you can get from those hookah pipes? Think of all potential disease you can get Tuberculosis (TB), Influenza, Measles and etc. I have my bottle and pipe at home but the manager (bald headed manager) at cloud would not allow anyone to bring their hookah bottle because or pricing. Okay, this is the best hookah bar I've been to in Seattle. It's clean, air-conditioned for the summer and heated in the winter. Incredibly friendly staff that will probably remember who you are if you've been there a few times! They have a wide assortment of flavors of shisha and different blends. If you really want to go for the full Cloud 9 experience, get a group of friends together and order the shisha with real fruit. They carve out the fruit and you smoke out of a mixture of fresh fruit and shisha. The watermelon is especially good, as is the pineapple. Being on business in Seattle for a short time, I searched for hookah bars to enjoy during the early evening while I did some work on my laptop... Decided to try a few lounges. Cloud 9 was by far the best in terms of atmosphere and hookah. Was greeted nicely by the owner while Lisa made me an amazing hookah to enjoy. The smoke was excellent and they went above and beyond to accommodate including turning the music down (as it was early and not many people) so I can catch up on work. All in all a good clean atmosphere and the smoke went higher than a cloud 9... Definitely recommend this place! read more

This place is awesome! Been here a few times now, when we first came my friend and I did not really have much experience with hookah lounges but the staff helped us feel right at home. Cloud 9 has a very relaxing yet still fun environment. Everyone here is really nice. Lisa and Michael have been here every time we have come and are amazing. They both helped make us feel very comfortable and welcome. Also Lisa has been incredibly friendly and helpful in our quest to blow smoke rings without making us feel silly. I'm just sad we did not discover Cloud 9 sooner. read more

One of the best hookah bars in town ! It's always some what peaceful, the music is not too loud, you can have a conversation without screaming at the top of your lungs or without asking "what did you say?" a million times. Their hookah is always on point, never has it disappointed me or my friends &trust me, we are real hookah smokers ! The price is decent, &the service is fast. They really help you out with your hookah and they notice your needs. They check in with you to see if you guys are ok. Emnay really helped us out and took care of us. Cloud 9 is literally one of the best hookah lounges I have been too. The atmosphere is really relaxed and calm. The music is not overly loud like some other hookah lounges I have been too. I can actually have a conversation with my friends. And to mention the shisha! Smoothest I have ever smoked and the clouds are amazing! The staff really knows how to prepare the hookahs properly. Pretty good place that's clean, has nice beats, and good service. I have been to a few places around Seattle (and NYC) and this place is pretty much on par with what I've seen in NYC- perhaps even better since there's more space to play with. Great service, friendly, and fairly reasonable priced. The owner gave me an excellent recommendation on local eats...and I just moved to neighborhood! Cloud 9 is the hookah bar that I will always frequent. The staff is conveniently friendly and helpful. The inside is a very classy environment that is a great place to come and relax. I 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to hang out with friends. They are good about coming and checking on your hookah. I love this environment! I have been going to this place for about 5 months now, and it's by far the best hookah lounges in Seattle!! I've gone to a majority of them and they don't compare to Cloud 9. The establishment is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're always attentive and make sure their customers are satisfied!! The Cloud 9 special is one of the best flavors they have! The service here is exceptional. As the owner of a hookah bar in Daytona beach Florida, they have very fair prices. For the fair price you pay, you get a well maintained hookah and hose that is very clean and easy to smoke from. They provide a very decent amount of tobacco to smoke from in each head that you order, and the fruit bowls they offer also provide an amazing taste. Cloud 9 got some bomb hookah. The trip all the way to seattle is worth it. It hookah lasts for a fat minute and the fact that inside is hella nice and u can have ur own private area with ur friends but still me around other ppl and even better . Last time I was there the owner asked us if we wanted the heater to be on. What other hookah bar does that! My friends go there atleast 4 times in a week cause they love it. read more

Been to a few hookah lounges in Seattle and this is definitely my favorite. Great flavors and awesome prices. Not too crowded and has an awesome staff. The hookahs hit perfect with huge clouds. This place is great. I love how the staff comes around often to check on how you are and check the charcoal. It's a nice cozy place to come enjoy very well made shisha.
