Highly recommended hookah lounge to check out. I found Cloud 9 from yelp and even though someone said that this isnt an ideal spot for couples i decided to try it out with my girlfriend any how and im glad i did because it is honestly a very nice place to either take your girl out or just have a guys night out with free wifi, amazing customer service, and hookah is actually good unlike 90% of the lounges out there. Fresh tobacco, top of the line hookah brands, clean environment, and comfortable seating I dont see why anyone wouldnt find this a good night out. read more

I'm from out of town and I visited here because it was super close and had great reviews. However my experience was the opposite. I came in un-greeted and was not ever acknowledged the entire time I sat there. I looked at the menu and waited a while and once I realized no one planned on assisting me I just had to leave. If you're ever in the area and want a very laid back spot to smoke some good quality hookah, this place is the place to be at. This is one of the best hookah places I've been to in a while. Considering its brand new, it's very impressive. The atmosphere is homey and the painting and decorations are so classy and perfectly Egyptian. They have 2 TVs so you can watch them from wherever you're seated and the couches are so comfy. The flavors are always packed well and the coals always come out in a timely fashion. It's centrally located in a shopping center next to an amazing Lebanese food place, fatburger and desert places. Pho and liquor store across the street. You couldn't ask for more! They have tons of parking and a nice outdoor patio for those nice summer nights coming up. A joint full of teenage kids, no joke, both inside and outside - makes you feel ultra weirded out and uncomfortable. Although I was greeted at the door, it was a "can I help you" type of thing instead of "where would you like to sit"? Etc. The restaurant beside it, which it is affiliated was an even more weird experience so...come at your own discretion but I wouldn't say it's for couples, however if you're a college guy (not girl), maybe this could be your new hookah spot. May want to try come back at another time to give it about her chance. read more

I came here the other day with my friends, cause they had an amazing yelp review and we were in the area. However, I don't see what the hype is all about. We ordered 2 hookahs and they both tasted like trash on the first round of coals. Second, the water in the hookah was stained and the water wasn't clean. The hookah guy had to fix the hookah twice and it was still horrible. The so-called manager has a nasty attitude. In conclusion, they were playing good music but it's a bit too loud to even hear my friends who are next to me. I will never come here again. read more

Stopped in for the first time tonight with my boyfriend on a whim. Really liked it here, nice and clean which is great considering most other hookah places seem to have a layer of ash film on everything. The service was great and the guys were really helpful. We had a mix of mint and peach that was perfectly balanced and delicious. There are couches all around and a few big screens to watch whatever is on, plus top 40 music playing. Not sure why this place has that many stars to be honest. It wasn't that good at all. First off the waiters barely even came by to help us, then when I went into the restroom there were roaches. The couches are super low to the floor making the whole seating thing awkward. Not worth my time or money. You're better off going to cafe O down the street. read more
