This used to be my neighborhood smoke shop. I liked the old owners and as soon as I moved into the neighborhood I started building a relationship. They even gave me and my girlfriend great deals on carton and individual cigars. We though we had it made here. Then one day the smoke shop was gone and there were two young guys gutting the place. "we're building a Hookah Lounge" they said - "please stop by". It took me a good 8 months before I actually did. And I was very pleased. The Lounge itself is a rather small long rectangle - nicely decorated and always smelling good. But the best thing about it is that the nearby Hyat restaurant seems to have a deal with the lounge - so you can have your dinner from Hyat in the lounge, or better yet - the lounge will deliver a Hookah to you in the patio of the restaurant. I don't know the owners of the two places are related - but for North Hollywood - which is a very non-smoking area - - I love that I can eat well and smoke well in the same little neighborhood shopping compound.

Heard this place was recently re-owned and under new management by some of my old friends, Pat and Rod, they definitely hooked it up! This place is located in a plaza, with a billboard that just says Hookah Lounge so might be easy to miss by first timers in the area. Parking is in the plaza, sometimes it might be full, but when we arrived, there were many spots in the front. Just make sure not to park in 30 minute marks, because there's a few of those! Walking in, I wasn't sure what to expect. There's black curtains covering the door, which makes it seem a little bit sketchy, but its super intimate! Its both indoors, and outdoors they also have a couple tables. There is no hostess, so just take a seat wherever you'd like and you will be approached by a worker or owner. Comfortable couches, that are great for group seating! The whole vibe of the place is very club like with the black and red, and chandelier like lighting. I love love love the music! For once a hookah lounge is playing loud enough music, with all good vibes. The best part about the lounge is the air ventilation! I can't do indoor hookah lounges, but this one was really comfortable, even though we were indoors, it felt like we were outside. There was constant air flow. Facilities are clean, hookah hits really good! Big ups to you guys! My hookah lasted for 3 hours with 3 rounds of charcoal and I didn't even need to get a refill. It never burned or went bad either. Btw: There is no food here, but there is a FatBurger in the plaza and is open late! You are allowed to get food from outside and bring it in and eat it at the lounge. There is also a Chinese place across the street. That's a big plus! - Overall great place and I'm sure it'll grow into something greater!

A surprisingly great experience. Lately I have grown weary of trusting highly rated places with few reviews. This place is a tiny little hole in the wall that doesn't offer much in terms of ambiance and/or comfort but the friendly staff, the cheap prices, and the comfort of being able to bring your own food makes up for all the negatives. The layout is 3 L-shaped couches that could potentially seat 6 each and 2 little-l-shaped?... 2 couches that sit 2-3 comfortably. Like I said, nothing fancy! They have tea, coffee, sodas, and bottled waters - the basics that any place with a fridge could offer. As far as hookah, the selections gets a little more intense: they're one of the few places that offer Tangiers ($19.99) and their Starbuzz is only $12.99 + $4.99 if you want it in an apple (which I recommend - it'll make the flavor last longer and be more mellow) Went on a Saturday night and it didn't get busy until about 10pm... so if you want a table, get there before 10. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Non-pretentious chill hookah lounge... like going to a friend's house to chill except you don't have to make the head or get up to get charcoals ;)

Hookah was alright. There is only one guy who does everything. Service was great. The guy wipes the table. Everything is clean. The guy brings out coal every now and then. Walk in and sit anywhere. Decide your flavor. Wait for the guy to come. They have drinks. But it doesn't show on the menu. Discount on Monday to Thursday or Friday regular hookah is 18$. And tangerine is 20$.

Customer service is key at this place. It's a small yet comfortable lounge with very attentive owners. Michael was very gracious and patient in answering questions and listens to customer feedback (ie. Possibly incorporating ice tips). There's a one drink minimum which is always good to know upfront. The shisha and pipes are of good quality. I recommend for solo smokers or those with small groups. Also there's a reward system, which is pretty cool.

Noho hookah lounge (cloud9) is an awesome place! It's nice and cozy and they have a really nice setup. The place has this classy feel that I noticed as soon as I walked in. The hookah is properly packed and it lasts a long time. The hallway to the bathroom is incredible. It has this huge Galaxy mural along with Marilyn Monroe and Kid Kudi! Super dope. I really enjoy smoking at this lounge. It's full of positive, fun, and enjoyable vibes. Stop by and have a smoke! This is one unique lounge!

This is probably my FAVORITE hookah lounge. The service is amazing and the guy that works there, Pat, is so friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this place! The environment is fun and friendly and the weekends they have a cool DJ coming in! I've been to many hookah lounges but this is the one I consider my spot. I came inside all excited with my friends getting ready to smoke some hookah I got it quick but minutes later my charcoal were finishing I wanted more water but no one was around my surroundings to help me order and fix my hookah basically bad service.... Came to Noho Lounge today with a friend and they got by far the best hitting hookahs and best mixes. Loved the vibe the the interior design as well. Owner was very nice and service was great. They will also get their liqour license soon so seems as if this is my new spot for hookah. Highly recommend it!! read more

Wow, what an amazing, fun chill environment. I've been to this lounge before and it was okay, never really thought about returning. I'm so happy I did. The new management was really nice and the staff was very attentive. I never had to wait or ask for new Coals, which I always have to do at just about every other lounge. The hookah was amazing, the Tangiers OMG? Amazing !! The BEST I've ever smoked. I'd definitely recommend this spot to others. !!!! read more

Not sure why it has 5 stars. First time here and literally had to walk into the back because we weren't greeted. Small indoor place that's hot boxed of hooka smoke and bad service. Charcoal wasn't swapped throughout entire session so we left. Had to walk to the back again just to pay. Interior design and 90s music was cool tho. Hooka was pretty good as well. read more

Love this hookah lounge! Staff is very friendly. If you go there, ask for Rod or Pat. They're very welcoming and will definitely take care of you. I love the music they play and the ambience is great! You never have to ask for more coals because they get to it before you even have to ask. Packs are great and long-lasting. They have tangiers, and for you fiends, they have came mint as well. If you're looking for something to do after a night or partying or drinking, or want to catch up and mingle with friends, go to Cloud 9, you won't regret it. read more

I've been to many hookah lounges in the past, usually there is bad customer service or the hookah burns after 15 minutes of smoking. But i have to say that i was very impressed with both customer service and and the hookah itself. Very clean and all around enjoyable place to be at. Highly recommended to try this place out no regrets! read more

Great hookah and great ambiance. No need to reinvent the wheel here. One of the few places that has both fumari and tangiers. Staff knows how to pack well. Good music and comfortable seats. Never have to ask for charcoal they are always on top of it. They have great special on Instagram and Facebook. Probably the best priced hookah in the area. read more

NoHo hookah lounge is now my favorite lounge im the LA area. Let's start with their hookahs, new equipment and have great packs they also got a large variety hookah flavors to choose from. Their staff is also amazing, they are friendly and make you feel comfortable there and they are always walking around and very helpful with any questions that you may have. Their music taste is also very good, they have a great playlist with many genres, you can also request them to play whatever you want. The environment is great and they also have comfortable couches. It's a great place to go with big groups or just a couple of people. I will definitely be going again. read more

OMGGGGGG !!! First of all this place is kind of small but it's very cozy! The pack was so perfect I don't usually come to lounges but if I had it would be this one! One of their packers I think his name was sharbeck packed us the greatest hookah we had ever smoked... he was just so friendly and kept checking up on us to see how we were doing!!! He also recommended a great hookah mix off the top of his head and was absolutely outstanding! Pirates Cave X Code 69! Hands down greatest packer and greatest hookah lounge ever!!! read more

Not sure why this place has that many stars to be honest. It wasn't that good at all. First off the waiters barely even came by to help us, then when I went into the restroom there were roaches. The couches are super low to the floor making the whole seating thing awkward. Not worth my time or money. You're better off going to cafe O down the street. read more

I asked the girls 4 times for new coals till I go outside and ask the guy delivering them for more. After waiting even longer he still hasn't brought them and 30 minutes past. I go outside to complain to the manager and the guy finally brings me my coals after 30 minutes except he only gave me 2. Me already annoyed from waiting I go back to ask for more and he takes time to bring me more. I go back outside to complain to the manager and tell him I don't wanna pay for the hookah after having to ask 4 times for new coals and waiting so long to get them. After ending the night I tell one of the girls that I talked to the manager for making it complementary. She says that the manager gave me a free refill and to pay for the hookah I told her we didn't need one cause the hookah was fine already. I tell her I'll talk to a manager and than she grabs me arm pulling me back telling me to wait a second. UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't touch me especially cause I'm a customer. The manager comes and I tell him for the final time to make it free and he asked me how long I was gonna stay and than to just go. I'm disappointed cause I always would come with my friend and we would have a great time after last night I don't think I'll be coming back.

There are heaters and they regularly check on you to the point where they don't even leave a pair of tongs for you to adjust your coals. There's a large list of flavors and the guys seem to be very knowledgeable. We should've gone with what they recommended because my gf and I didn't really like the combination we made, but there's always next time! Our hookah still had plenty of flavor 2 hours into the night, so you know they're not skimping out on you. I wish all hookah spots were like this. Good atmosphere, great service, and reasonable prices.

I absolutely…read morelove it--it's the perfect hidden gem, very low key, but my favorite way to lounge and relax. There are comfy couch like structures with rugs and pillows to get very cozy. The prices for the hookah are reasonable, and there is a variety of quality tobacco to choose from. It's also always been smooth throughout. I love pairing the hookah with some black tea that's served in a kettle. I haven't tried the food or other items, and haven't sat in the front of the cafe before, I just go to have hookah and tea sometimes. The owners are also very friendly. I'll definitely return back soon.

I was stunned for a minute but then approached him and asked for clarification. He said it has to do with management and that no computers are allowed. I explained that the entire reason we came there was to have a very lowkey dinner meeting and that nowhere on the website does it say that patrons can't use a laptop. Our server got involved and then talked to the manager, came back and said this one time we can use it, that they will make an exception, but the rule is no computers. We ended up staying there for convenience but I feel like the $400 we spent should have gone somewhere conducive to making a living and surviving in this world, and I have been thinking about how much I regret going there for an entire week now.

My friend also ordered a pork chop, and it was an amazing cut, cooked perfectly, tender, juicy and everything you could ever want in a bone in pork chop. They also cut the entire piece for you and scraped every last bit off of the bone too. The service is really attentive. They come by your table a lot to ensure you have everything you need. The ambiance is a bit dim in lighting which sets a nice mood. And the place just happens to be dog friendly too. Sorry for the lack of photos, but I didn't wanna intrude on everyone else's meals. I had a classic martini and another guest had a really complex cocktail with a big chunk of dried pineapple. They made us a special request iced tea, and the coffee service was great as well. All the food was delicious. We started off with the feta, which was amazing. This dish could use one more piece of the delicious pita. Two of us chose the salmon skewer and another went with the basmati rice. Each of us was very satisfied with the flavors and portions. Throughout the evening we had excellent service from Gage. Been to many hookah lounges, but never one like this one. The lighting and ambience is amazing. It gives you a relaxing/cozy feeling which is great after a long work day. There's great music in the background with tv screens of music videos. The employees are extremely helpful when deciding what flavor to get. They also check on the coal often to make sure it's ok.
