so first let me tell you a story of why i strayed away from my favorite b&m and winded up in a store from hell. I got my first mod recently and it only housed 18490's, okay that's fine i like things portable, but wait my favorite store is out of stock of 18490's i guess i have to call around. Their was only 1 store in a 20 mile radius that had 18490's in stock i requested that they hold them for me because it would take so long to get there and i packed up my mod and away i went. I arrived at cloudscape and was introduced to the most atrocious price increases ive ever seen. I swallowed my pride and asked for the batteries so i could start vaping. When i told them that i had requested to hold an item they said that they had no such request and had nothing held in the backroom and that they have non in stock. i was outraged that i drove for almost an hour just to have them sell all their stock. as I was pursing around trying to find another store he said he found 2 AW 18490 batteries (exactly what i wanted) in the back of the display case (sketchy) and he rung them up (15.99 each). i put them in and they wouldn't fire he said non of the batteries come charged (i don't think that's 100 percent right for the battery (or 30 percent;) ) So i took them home, put them in my charger and they charged,(yay they work! WRONG!) i took a couple puffs and the battery had already depleted from 4.2 v to 3v on a .67 ohm setup. wtf so i put the other battery in take a couple puffs and my mech gets really hot. i take out the battery and stop vaping for the night frustrated as all heck. the next night when i went to vape same thing, one battery would deplete but read full on the charger, so i put it away to return and popped in the other one (no dont why stop). My mech starts getting blistering hot, i have to throw it down and the battery started venting and i couldnt take it out of the mech because of the heat. i threw it outside and like a pipebomb the bottom cap shot off into the street. i went back to cloudscape with my receipt the broken battery and the partially broken battery and they "could not return the batteries because they looked older than the purchase date" so now I'm out 30 bucks plus the mod (chi yu mini clone), all because he wanted to make an extra buck. read more

Second time here. Although the pickings be slim sometimes it's all because CV hits its customers with awesome deals all the time. I've picked up devices and juices here and the customer services is pretty dope. If you never visited a vape shop before or you're looking for a new place, CV is dope. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting this shop for the first time last night. The fella's here are all real friendly and are trying only to be the most helpful from my observation. I had been recommended to visit this store by some friends of mine out by the bay. They assured me that the guys here would be able to help me get some of things I was looking for and that they aren't the type to pressure you into buying more than what you really need. Anyway, I walked in here looking for some rare mods. Not only did they have what I was looking for they an assortment of other mods. The worker was so kind as to explain the different mod's and rarity that are out there on the market. Some of them, of course, I'd never even heard of. This is still kinda new to me but it has definitely become something of interest. I can see why this is something that so many people are getting into. I love the craftsmanship that has gone to these devices. Even better, probably the best thing really, nothing about these devices are the same. Once I decided on some mods The worker fella took the time to clean and show me how they work and come apart. I ordered a device, battery and tank in a bundle through Cloudscape. It arrived on 4/21. After about 4 days of use, the device began to malfunction. The display flashed randomly; at times, resetting completely. The device became almost inoperable. I contacted the company the next day. I explained to the representative that the piece was defective, asking if it could be returned or replaced. After detailing the problems I experienced, my concerns were rudely dismissed. He essentially told me nothing was wrong with my device. He repeatedly mentioned that previous customers' devices were found to have "gunk" on the battery contacts. I explained that I had examined the contacts, finding no residue. This product was BRAND NEW (or I should hope so). How could "gunk" possibly have accumulated in less than one week?! I continued telling him that I did not feel this to be the issue, asking again to have this item returned. He refused to do so, stating that they "do not accept returns on bundled items." I reviewed the company's return policy, and this was not mentioned anywhere. These were individual items, priced together, but could be sold individually. Why would they not make the effort to replace a defective item? Especially if they know this is a repeat problem with the battery contacts (which again I do not believe this to be), why would they not assist me? I am not a new vape user. I researched this piece thoroughly, and always used it according to directions and product standards. It is unacceptable to not allow this device to be returned. I did not appreciate his arrogant, disrespectful attitude towards my issue. If this gentleman represents the company's standard of customer service, we all would be much better off taking our business elsewhere. read more

Was surfing online when suddenly it dawned on me to look for a local shop. Walked in and was instantly greeted. Employee (wouldn't dare call him a salesman) walked up and asked me what I was in for. I explained I just heard about the store and wanted to check it out. He invited me to the Vape Bar at the back of the store to try a few of over 200 flavors. Sat down and had a great conversation about Vaping. Purchased a starter kit which I was never once pressured with an upsell. Next day went in to ask a couple questions about my new setup, ended up spending over 1 hour there chatting about Vape and life... found out the employee I was speaking with was the owner! Really great atmosphere. The shop sellers were extremely helpful allowing sampling of all of the different flavors. They also have points programs where you can earn free juice refills and store credit. The vapes themselves are kind of pricy but they are of a higher quality than what I have seen at similar shops. Most modern and hip vape shop I have ever been into. For cereal. WIDE WIDE selection of mods and juices. Loved the interior decor and layout. One of my favorite parts was the island they have set up in the middle of the shop for building and wrapping. Very comfortable couches for lounging and chillin. Some extremely knowledgeable people working here. On the other hand there are some new guys who could probably use a lil research. It's all good though, they will hopefully learn day by day.
