I come into CloudScape once every week or two. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! Zach is usually the dude who helps me out when I come in. He's seriously the nicest guy! He always helps me out when I'm looking for something other than my usual e-liquids or coils. He also helps me out when I make a mistake and accidentally order the wrong thing online. They're the only vape shop I know of around here that legally sells flavored e-liquids. Thank you for that! I quit smoking over 10 years ago and hate the tobacco flavored e-liquids offered in most other places. They've got a large selection of not just vape stuff but pipes, water pipes, cigars, cigarettes, etc. The prices are always pretty good. Most of the time when I buy my e-liquids they're on sale. They also utilize the FiveStars Loyalty Rewards Program for those ordering in-store. You get 1 point for every $10 spent. Once you hit 20 points you get a $5 off voucher. The vouchers get progressively larger and go up to a $100 off voucher for 400 points, for all you point savers out there. You really can't beat this place when it comes to variety, customer service, and deals.

The cashier was Zach, I forgot to ask the other guy's name but they told me the $20 for $30 Yelp deal in turn wouldn't save me money with the discount allocated to two Flum float 5% devices (I didn't really follow the logic but I went along with it, apparently the store discount overrides the promotion since I'd have to pay through Yelp or something like that) 1 @ 29.95 reduced to 22.95 each (for two) Subtotal $40 with a discount of $5.90 Total of $49.54 (tax = $9.54) Have all kinds of gadgets for your smoking needs Looked closed but they just keep the doors closed for the air conditioning They were very sweet to my senior dog :) Have a rewards club (join with phone number) for future discounts Will be back! :)

Absolutely love this shop! They have dope stuff for cheap! Picked up my sigelei 150w for 70bucks and their juice bar is pretty dope it looks like an actual bar set up but just for juice. The employees are dope and always force a good vibe. I also take advantage of the the 3 15mls for 28 bucks that's a sick deal doesn't matter on the brand of juice either would defiantly recommend read more

Great shop to visit. Spent plenty of money there on mods & liquids... Online experience is horrible.. Ordered a 120ml of liquid on 8/2/15.. Just shipped on 8/11/15... At least put out of stock so I don't think that I'm getting it in 2 to 3 days because I paid for express shipping... If you don't have it.. Don't advertise it.. Online business is horrible... I will say I shopped here once before and I loved it. But I love it even more now that Deejay is there. Yes I followed him from one store to now this one. As long as Deejay has been helping with all my purchases he's never steered me wrong. He gives me all the knowledge of what I'm getting and even helps me when I think I've broken my mod. They're cool. Kind of snobbish to be honest. They do have an abundance of juices. Jay and Christian are cool tried to help us with a broken mod that I had recently purchased from them. It's a hassle that they couldn't fix it and had to go to another shop to get the service completed. Might not come back here again for a mod but juices I definitely will come back. read more

Great spot with a wide selection of mods, tanks, juices, etc. Friendly environment. Their personal ejuice, VGod, is by far the best ejuice I have vaped. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was for their slowness on online orders. I don't recommend the online ordering at all. read more

It is my first time ever stepping foot in a Vape shop and it was by far the greatest service I have experienced. One guy especially named DJ was extremely friendly and helpful since I was new and looking to buy a vapor. Their staff is very friendly and if one is busy another will gladly help. They let you try their huge selections which is overwhelming as a first timer but nonetheless a very cool experience. There was another girl who helped me picked out this awesome strawberry watermelon was super cool even when she was helping 4 other people as well. Definitely will be my Vape shop of choice due to their selection and overall awesome customer service! read more

This place is tremendously dope. Every employee is very helpful, but for today's experience my helper was Jameson. That guy knows his stuff! He was super helpful and informative, especially because I am a novice vaper. By far my go to Vape shop. An event happened today that surpasses all shops I've been to. An associate named Natalie was willing to give me the rest of her personal juice because they ran out of the juice I was looking for. This is far past customer service. I've been to many shops where all they do is tell you sorry try again later. But not here. They have definitely earned my business and I will continue to support this shop. read more

Alright, So let me get this clear. This should be a personal experience with my visit to this establishment. After hearing so many horror stories from my friends, I decided to give them a try. I called in because I was going to trade my SS Ba Gua + Arrow Genesis Tank for an Avenger V1 SS + Trident. I have no idea how to tell if what i was getting was a clone or not. Cloudscape was able to allow me to come in and have them verify the other parties items as both real. So this is a + for me. I don't understand why my friend was so against this place because when I went, they had a huge menu of juices, with hot women juice tending in the back, and lots of knowledgeable men behind the glass counters at the sides of the store. They had lots of different mods, drip tips, batteries, chargers, juices, etc. You name it they got it. THEY EVEN HAVE VICTORY JUICE!!!! Try some Victory Sunburst next time you are there... it is a peach inhale with a tangerine exhale. Its kinda a strong fruity flavor, but thats what i DIG. They even labeled their mods with the name and price right next to the display which is the FIRST shop I've seen do that around here or even Monterey Park area. I liked that about this place. Long story short, I was able to do a trade in there and not really buy anything. They allowed me to just leave without any hard feelings. I will definitely come back to scope out some more of the juices. Thanks Cloudscape, you allowed me to trade my broken ba gua + arrow for a working Avenger + Trident. I tried many vape shops and this is by far my favorite spot. I've bought all my hardware and juice from them ever since i've started vaping and I see no reason to change. The staff is the most helpful bunch I've ever encountered at any shop. I highly recommend cloudscape. A few weeks ago I had bought a sigeli 150w that had a manufacturer defect. It would not turn on no matter what we tried. The guy behind the counter exchanged my broken box mod for a brand new one and I couldn't of have been happier. The other day my sister was wanting a upgrade to the ancient mod she had for way to long. We went to cloudscape and the guy behind the counter hooked her up with a sweet kanger subtank combo that she just loves. To top the off, the guy behind the juice bar waited patiently while she tried juices for thirty minutes. Absolutely the most helpful and professional vape shop in town. read more

Been going to CS Vape for a while now and Love it every time. The whole staff is amazing incredibly helpful. The owner is always friendly, in fact everyone is. Omar is a regular I see when I go, he is always friendly and an amazing guy, worth the trip anytime. Just went to a meet up at cloud scape last night to meet the VGOD team. The atmosphere was amazing. On a normal day to day basis its great you can hang out watch a move listen to music try out some flavors. The meet up, however, went above and beyond. Food, drinks, a live DJ even tons of give always. I have got to say, I've been to a good number of vape shops in the area, some are good and others less so, but this one is defiantly the best of them all. I've had some cheapie e-cig that I bought at the mall which is pretty much a piece of shit. I used that as an excuse to keep smoking. But i knew I had to quit. Anyway, so I walk in the other day. It was quiet but the guys that were there were really patient and helpful. One of them was Nate(?) who showed me my options. I ended up with a K100 and a Spirit atty. The juice bar guy was really funny (can't remember his name) and I ended up with Pink Starburst and Love Potion. Finally, Nate took me over to get the atty built. That guy is Nick I think. Super sweet and great to talk to! He showed me what he was doing. But I'm pretty sure I'll never remember, so he said he'd always be there if I wanted to come in. (and I probably will. lol.) Definetly not recommending this place. Came in to try juices and the guy behind the so called "juice bar" just kept throwing different juices at me to try. I mean whoa slow down it was really overwhelming and I just felt really pressured. Left the juice bar and looked around some more and don't get me wrong the shop is nice but a bit to much if you ask me. A bit overpriced on a lot of products. I mean cmon really erolls? Before I left had a quick conversation with the tall Asian kid they have working and boy he is such a know it all and a show off. Kid thinks he knows everything and says he owns every vape. I mean dude who cares that you're wasting your money on all this vape stuff when you only need one you don't have to tell the whole world. Never coming back here. A very close group of people and I all went into Cloudscape Vape as a way of getting one of us to stop smoking. While we were there all three of us ended up finding something that worked with and for us so the one quitting smoking cigarettes was not alone. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door Dee Jay was behind the counter asking how he could help us. 2 and a half hours later, we each had a device fully put together, 3 or 4 types of juice, and a fantastic experience. Some of our questions felt stupid, but Dee Jay answered them all without so much as a second thought. Everything seemed so easy and it was nice to have such awesome customer service. I am sure that this shop is better in person than it was online, but if you should have anything go wrong on the 15th day after purchase, you will just be wasting your money and time. I purchased a MYLE from csvape and on the 15th day-which was a Saturday- my defective pod that they sold me corrupted my device. I can no longer vape, and was told because I am a day late, I cannot get a replacement and will need to deal with the manufacturer. Must be a great way to keep repeat customers, so please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT HAS A LONGER SHELF LIFE OF 14 DAYS! You will be directed to deal with anyone else but them. I have never had a legit business not want to keep a customer, but I guess it is not about people anymore. read more

The only thing that exceeds the quality of its products is the incredibly talented and knowledgeable workforce; Cary, Gerald, John, Jin and Christian are phenomenal at what they do. The incentives of being a valued client with CS Vape is rewarding; the sales they have are pretty enticing. Each purchase gives you a unique sum of points that you can use to receive free juice or other accessories. The decor is modern and beckons for lots of communal attention. Place is a ripoff and frauds. Can't even apply fivestar discounts on shit here and overpriced vapes. I'm reporting these assholes for illegally selling vapes in store Their vapes are always "on sale" I've never once seen them priced for what say is retail. You can't apply discounts on their "sale price" and only on the retail price. But here's the kicker.. almost always their "on sale" price trumps your rewards discount. Basically their rewards program is a scam. They make you think you're spending enough to save a few bucks later but nope can't even use rewards. Not only have I never had a bad experience there, I am impressed with them every time I go...and I go a lot. I will not go anywhere else. Excellent service excellent staff excellent clients and most of all, excellent juice selection and bar. They can lead you through the extensive menu if you explain what you like. I really liked how they suggest to only go to 3mg of nicotine or 0 - many places push 18-24mg and that's insane. At that rate you'll be on the stuff forever. Personally I vape for flavor rather than nicotine intake but a 3mg juice is nice to kick back with at the end of a long week. I will be using this shop my only stop for juices and supplies. read more

First of all, I have been coming to this store for a year and a half now. By all means, the service and product selection is superior beyond what a regular customer wants. However, what most "vapers" would like to see when they enter a vape shop is variety. Walking into this lounge/business, one will come across a giant menu of e-liquid flavors. This menu will contain the flavor you are looking for. Whether you are looking for max cloud production or a sweet blast of explosions (VGod Luscious), CloudScape is the store for you. read more

Just tell them what types of flavors you like and they will set you up with all the tasters you want. I've been to a lot of vape shops and this is my new go to spot. They have a lot of quality e juices and a nice bar where you can try your juices. (I'm really picky with my e juices so the fact that this is my go to shop says a lot). Also the environment is really chill. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Love this spot especially since I have a few friends that work here. For the most part they will have the juice I'm looking for weather it be in a 3 or 6mg. Nice atmosphere. You can always count on nice music and something playing on the tv to pass the time. All the employees are very nice and will help you with whatever possible. On their busy days it'd be nice if they had two or more people working on rebuilds because the waiting line can get quite long. That would be my only suggestion. read more

Great, knowledgable staff, always stocked with juice, and a really friendly environment. There's a wide selection of mods from mechanicals to box mods, with a large selection of RDAs at a good price. This is the best shop in the South Bay to come and experience new flavors in a laid back environment. There's almost always a promo for juice and/or mods going on to cash in on even more savings. This place is excellent. I went in there completely not knowing anything about it. They technically weren't officially open either. By now I think they are. the people there are genuinely nice and they absolutely know their stuff.
