There is a significant service and management problem at this restaurant. My family and I went for…read moreSt Patrick's Day, as we have before. We asked the manager for some napkins to prop up the wobbly table and he said (quote) "Why don't you tell your kid not to stand on his chair" and walked away. The kid in question was literally sitting in his chair with one foot against the table. We explained to the manager the impact of what he said, and gave him multiple opportunities to apologize. We get it: its St Patrick's Day in an Irish bar and it's stressful. But instead of recognizing that he snapped: he doubled down and tried to convince us that his language fine, and that we were in the wrong for calling him out. I even talked with him an hour later, after it had cooled off, and he continued to be aggressive and dismissive. A bad manager is one thing. But our server didn't acknowledge the awkwardness (even as other families watched in shock), just trying to rush us out. The food was probably the worst it's ever been at Stone's, which raises questions of why. It's understandable to have a bad day, it's *not* ok to set the tone for your staff and establishment that berating your customers, unprompted, is acceptable.

Followed up with the scallops and they were okay. Had them with the gratin potatoes which tasted like cheesy potatoes. Bartender was friendly and swift.

Four of us spent 2 hours here on a Tuesday morning just after opening (11ish): 15 & 19-yr-old…read moresiblings, almost-50 mom, and 77-yr-old grandma. We all had a great time! There were so many challenges to try, plenty of physical ones and plenty of less-physical ones, some that were better with 4 and some better with 2. It would also be a really fun friend or date activity to get to know someone better. We ate in the attached restaurant, and the food was a little pricey but very good. By about 1 it was getting busier, and we sometimes had to wait for a preferred challenge. Morning is definitely the time to go. We could probably have played for 3 hours with a lunch break, but 2 was a satisfying amount of playtime for everyone.

We had all day passes, so we were able to check back in and continue our play adventures! The entire area is comprised of well thought out human puzzles and timed challenges such as staying off the "hot lava" etc. Service seems friendly and involved. It's clean and has so many challenge rooms to choose from with different activity levels, too! I wish more cities had places like this, because playing is so important, especially for families to do together. We had lots of fun with our youngest granddaughter who is 5! Will definitely return!!

Reservations are definitely recommended if you want a proper table. There's a bit of overflow seating outside the main dining space, though those tables are often held for parties. Ordering can be done at the bar and you'll receive a text when your food is ready and drinks are made soon after ordering. The LevelUp Burger can be cooked rare or medium, with a hefty patty and a delicious gochujang BBQ aioli. The fries are crisp, hot, and consistently well executed. A good spot to eat before or after the games.

We had a great server, though, our only complaint was that we were ready to head out and they were nowhere in sight. Not a huge deal, the few minutes of waiting didn't end up mattering. We didn't realize Level 99 was so packed and we ended up not being able to get in. I will absolutely come back for more Detroit style pizza. The Figgy was delicious without being overly sweet. The burrata was a lovely touch and while I'm not normally a fan of tomato - I loved it with the fig jam. I got the Rickey Sour beer but I was very intrigued by their cocktails which I want to try next time. There were tons of good sounding options on the menu. Would for sure come back to try others.

Even though it was a Tuesday we were surprised that it wasn't busier than it was! They've done such a nice job with the interior - all different types of seating, great bar area and even long pub style tables which people can sit at or stand around. For some reason, I feel as though this spot may have fallen under the radar a little bit? This place honestly has such amazing potential to be a go-to spot in Natick. It could be such a great spot to meet up with friends, family, or even go to on a date! It's clean and spacious yet also feels cozy and intimate. In my opinion, they just need to get more people in there to really get the vibes going! We sat at the bar and the bartender, Mike, was wonderful. He was attentive and friendly but also not overbearing. We ordered the sticky wings (yum!!), the giant warm pretzel (yum, yum!), and the street taco flat bread. The wings were so yummy. The warm pretzel was the perfect cold weather appetizer and really delicious - my only feedback is that I wish there was some way to keep the pretzel warm longer so that you don't feel as though you have to rush to eat it. The flatbread had great flavors! It maybe could have been cooked a little bit longer just to give it a little more crisp (personal preference) but we still ate the whole thing. I really hope more people check this place out and start going because I want it to stay and be successful! Great selection of beers on tap, wine, liquor etc. I wouldn't complain if they just so happened to start carrying Miller High Life bottles

First, we were seated by the runner (no host) after a 15 minute wait, even though there was at least one table available. Once our server took our order and bought our drinks, we literally didn't see her again until we were almost finished eating. No one ever came to our table to check on us and that is totally unacceptable. The table next to us have been vacated before we sat down and no one ever came to bus the table the entire time we were there. Dirty plates and the receipt just sat there right next to us the entire time. Probably won't return.
