Worst experience ever dealing with this car lending company. I am though fortunate that they did help me buy my first car but even after paying it off I still feel like I got ripped off, the staff here doesn't seem like they care about anything but just the payments and are just plain rude when you ask a question regarding your balance, at least that's the vibe I got. I'm still waiting for my title to be delivered to me they claimed it would take 4-6 weeks and it's past that now. Just really glad I'm done paying it off, literally a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would not recommend getting a car loan through this company. *Update* 06/05/2018 I am STILL waiting on my title! They claimed that i would have it within a month. DO NOT GO THERE !!!! We paid off our car 8 weeks ago and still haven't received our title. Called the DMV today and they told us that they never received any request. CLS told us 8 weeks ago, then 2 weeks ago and again today that they will send the request to the DMV. Our car is for sale and we can't sell it because of their horrible service. read more

So I just got a car and my credit is not so great so it was hard to find a finance company that would take a risk on me. Luckily this company did. I've been talking to my rep name Karla she has been helping me thruout this process n she has taking the time to answer all my question explain my contrac to a T. I am so grateful for her because not alot of reps take the time to explain things the way she did. We must have been on the phone for almost 30 minutes but I got all my questions answered and she put me at ease with all the concerns I had. I hope I am wrong about this company, I will know Tuesday the 1st of the new year 2018. I bought a 2010 Corvette C5 August 2016 putting $5000.00 down while being over charged for the car and extremely high interest. But that's where you pay as a penalty for having bad credit! One has to still suffer for past mistakes buy being charged an extremely high amount of Interest. However I knew that going in buying the car and I did not mind paying for my past mistakes with high interest. I found myself in the hospital unable to work for a few months which got me behind on my car payments with repossession fee $3,128. The bill was paid and cash, while paying the bill I did my own math and found out that I'm being charged 100 plus dollars too much that are not accounted for and I have paid on CLS'd books. Pawn paying the $3,128 I was told where the car was and I can pick up from repossession lot. Arabians repossession lot I was told that I was not supposed to be there until Tuesday January 1st 2018 not on Friday the 29th of January 2017! I looked around a lot trying to see where my Corvette was I finally found it it was torn apart panels inside the car every one of them is tore off it looks like it is used for a garbage dump over the past month that they've had it the wiring harnesses were pulled out of the engine alarm was taken off basically everything you can think of to destroy a vehicle was done to it. The car owner shad and I spoke to him on the phone, I told him what I have found what my vehicle look like and I was told by Chad the owner that's the way the car was repossessed. He does not know what he's talking about the car was repossessed from my doctor's office a month earlier and it's totally undriveable now so what he is saying does not make any sense whatsoever but he's trying to cover his ass! I will be taking this company to court and I will keep you all the lies if I do not get a car that I have paid for or have mine fixed to the best of their ability and to my liking. As of right now I would recommend nobody uses company for financing they are Crooks which I can prove with my payments and my books versus their books and from what the owner told me few days earlier that they repossess the car and they got it just as it is do not use this company to Finance anything, you will be sorry if you do. As I said I'll keep you apprised transpires Tuesday the 1st of January 2018 when I speak to the owner personally from CLS. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I see James wrote one after his car was unfortunately repossessed. So was mine and I redeemed it and when I got my car back it was in the same condition it was in when they took it! The reps at the repo lot where friendly too!! (If you go on James page there are many bad reviews from other car people he's dealt with so I'm not sure how honest he's being)so if you're thinking about getting a loan with them don't be discouraged. They don't want your car they want your money you can't have it both ways! Chad the owner and Don do an amazing job helping when you fall behind but they can only do so much. It's a really small office but the staff can be really nice especially Moses and Mariah is my favorite, but then again they're all nice so don't want to single anyone out! Nothing but nice things to say about the company- I've never had a problem with anyone here not even the repo company they work with. I gave these people hell and they still managed to work with me. I just want to thank you guys for working with me through one of the toughest times and battles that I have been going through with my Crohn's disease and my procedures I'm dealing with while trying to catch up on my payment. I spoke with a gentleman named Don who has been helping me and working with me to get caught up and also spoke with a gentleman named Jay another woman as well who I can't recall her name but they all have been so understanding and so willing to work with me to make my payment and catch up I am going through the process on my own with no help and they have work with me to make sure I keep my car which I need to handle my doctor's appointments going back and forth to work and also taking my son to school making it easier for me to get caught up on my payments and even though I have had issues with my current employer receiving my check on time. Words can't explain how much I appreciate what they have been doing with me in for me to get back on my feet I would recommend anyone to them for their car loan which I definitely will to whoever I can. Theyre humans they have hearts, a few lack customer service skills but thats the call reps that take payment.honestly other than that (i just wanna be truthful/helpful to future buyers!) theyre very very understanding first of all.theyll be on your ass for late payments and come off as being somewhat harassing(which was hell for my anxiety disorder and the other mental health issues i suffer with but its understandably so!! I understand miney is owed to em but they would scare me saying what street my car was on and i would literally be hyperventaliting having crazy panic attack lol i laugh at myself thinking backbc they just wanna scare u to pay some n wont pick your car up if youre lil late lol i remember them fondly bc there are some seriously kind & understanding higherups that really work with you no matter what situation you are facing. I started off doing amazing with my loan, it was my first car so i was just stoked to get one. having no credit at all at 21 years old i needed my aunt to cosign for me. she felt bad 4 me & surprisingly did, i dont have either of my parents so if she hadnt no one wouldhave. I am agreat kid, good head on my shoulders, like i said, never had problems my loan in the begining id even pay early some months! unfortunatly some of the absolute worst things in life happened to me during these last few months that idk how to explain other than life took the biggest crap on me over and over over again for absolutely no identifyable reason besides sheer terrible luck. anyways my payment due to no credit was 335$ monthly for a super crappy '13 ford focus that i literally loved more than any material possesion lol just had transmission issues days after purchasing, so many issues with engine gas tank mileage,mechanical issues that were at times life threatening, dog hair zero ininterior detailing, was a lemon & dealer hated helpin me bc of warranty so it slowly fell apart still put every last penny i earned into her & her repairs, i loved her much(im just being descriptive bc due to no credit i was paying 330+ to cls alone monthly for this lemon, consistently failed on me/would breakdown & it felt like it was a bit much for the shape the car was in& it wasnt cls fault at all i just wish they wouldve maybe considered lowering my payment even by 50 freakin bux. woulda helped & changed so muchlol i understand credit/loans so i get it, just became frustrating falling behind, feeling attacked by them even tho every penny i made was for repairs or payment then hear about folks my age driving off in '17 '18 brand new cars w no credit history making 180 or 200 payments. i always felt defeated but got stuff paid at any cost regardless of repairs n tows resulting from it being a lemon and i still grew an attachment to my baby. these last 3 mos i went thru hell in every aspect as a result i fell behind worse than i ever had so i was in the process of applying for a loan w fiance @ an agency he is in great standing w due to previous succesful loans just so we can pay off the 2 mos i owed + the third coming up, to get new tags, brand new tire set etc basically the loan he was in process of was to get cls paid off & get me on my feet to continue my on time payments again cuz shes all i had he knew how important she was to me& we used her the most! i was proud of finally having something that was mine i worked so hardfor! well in the process of this my car got repossessed due to terrible events regarding the tags/: i felt crushed broken & ashamed to facemy aunt but all of that is and will always be my fault. some of the obstacles i faced involved homelessness temp unemployment which i fixed, abuse, choosing to not pay for phone service bc car was priority, robbery, i then didnt have a phone laptop bc of robery or any means of communication to contact literally anyone bc i lived in car at that point, didnt even have access to any of my mail due to cruel people just terrible crap i wldnt wish upon worst enemy. they were very understanding of everything i went thru& would even communicate via email for my lack of communicative devices(had to detail all of this to paint picture of how truly terribe things got) & still cls remained super kind/understanding with me:] im sure they thought i was bluffin half the time cuz shit hit me so unbelievably& continuously hardLOL but even then the higherups just wanted to help me & hear my problems which ill never forget. I genuinely am saddened that my baby ended up repo from the towyard&having no knowledge of it til igot a ride 2 towyard to get stuff from car & was informed there that she was gone:( rly wish id gotten info on how to save my baby or if it was even an option for me bc i wouldve in a freakin heartbeat done absolutely anything to get her back & repair my relationship with these guys, thats how great they are. i highly recomend folks with no/bad credit to let them help, you wont regret it. the girls can be mean but managers are so compassionate. read more
