I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality! It's also great to say that every logix location I have had the pleasure of going to have all been great service all around! I know I will have a life long relationship with logix as I will also open an UTMA account for my nephew to help save for his future! I know Logix FCU will help the next generation just like they assisted me all these years! Heck! Although the loan officer (Jonathan Cabrera) was very nice and professional, I was blocked from speaking to the Sr. Underwriter, Annette Aivazian, who clearly did not understand my documents and took way too long. It took 4 days! I would want a different Underwriter to handle this loan.

I have had the pleasure of working with both the manager at each respective location. Both managers were professional, respectful, kind, helpful and helped me in every way when I called. Manager of the Burbank location, Jessica, is truly wonderful, customer oriented, friendly, professional and answered all my questions whenever I called her. She always took my calls as well.     I HATE to be the first to leave a negative review but there's a reason why across the board, one…read moremain financial has poor reviews. I don't understand what they're in business for because they certainly aren't there to serve you, at least it doesn't feel that way. I'm a repeat customer. I took out a small personal loan a few years ago. Paid off without any hiccups. No late payments. To be clear, this isn't about the outcome of my application but more so the experience. I was helped by a gentleman called Wylanor Waylan(I hope I am not misspelling it). I applied for a personal loan through credible as they were one of the few companies who pre-approved me. When I submitted my pre-approval, Wylan called me IMMEDIATELY. We went through the application process and it turned out I didn't qualify... a monthly payment of $133? Lol.... He advised that to have better approval odds, to get a co-signer. I called back a day later to get that started and he tells me "he's swamped and is very busy and won't be able to help with that as he is hopping on a meeting in 5 minutes". The response was unprofessional. Don't tell your customers you're swapped and busy and can't help. How about you get someone else to help? Or at least make an effort to get help? He says he will call back around a certain time but doesn't call back. I had to call him an hour or so after the time he said he would. Proceeds by saying he forgot... Remember... when I applied, he called immediately. They only give you that type of attention when there's something to gain from you but not because that's their customer service standard. Got my co signer on the phone and give all the information needed. Next day... I had to call to get the response for the application. He already knew what the response was but didn't send over any info or even called to let me know about the outcome. A customer should not be calling to get an answer from you. Most your system is already automated. Ridiculous. What I want any potential customer of One Financial to take from this is I didn't feel like they care. Didn't feel like they make an effort to communicate with you and work with you to be able to use their products. He made little to no effort to work with me. Little to no effort to communicate. Either "swamped" or forgot.You want professionalism? Customer care? This may not be the place for you. Look at the reviews from other offices and you'll get a picture of the kind of company this is. Never returning.
