These guys do amazing work. My accident looked pretty bad and I wasn't expecting it to come out as good as it did. The repair looked so good that it made me want to fix other minor blemishes I had before the accident just to get the rest of the car to match. Harry, the owner, is genuinely a good guy. This is an auto body shop and repairing collisions is unfortunately very expensive. Rest assured though that Harry is not trying to charge you for things you don't need. We brought our Honda HRV to Bumper to Bumper after being referred from another body shop we've used in the past who couldn't service us for several weeks. We are glad we did. It's a small shop, tucked into an industrial strip in Canoga Park, but the service and workmanship were first rate. Harry kept in touch with us as he negotiated with the insurance company who initially okayed the claim based on photos. However, the car tire that was flipped into our path on the freeway caused extensive front-end damage not readily visible in the photos. Harry made sure that the necessary repairs were authorized and covered by our insurance company. I was recommended to Harry for my F150 damage. I had a bent frame, truck bed was moved and rear bumper was bent and angled down. Harry gave a a great estimate for fixing the frame. I did a lot of price shopping and his price was really great and he promised a perfect job. Only took him a couple days and he fixed the frame perfect and he even fixed my rear bumper so I didn't need to buy a new one and painted it too. He was really honest with his word and i even went back to get some things adjusted and cut for my lift so my tires wouldn't hit and rub. Crashed front left fender, bumper, door and mirror on my old Prius. I drove into Harry's driveway by mistake, looking for the chain auto body place I've used a couple of times before. (Because of my new insurance they directed me to a location I had not been to before.) I asked if his place was that place, and he said "why would you want to go there?" (it turned out the chain place was a few doors down) He gave me what seemed to me to be a genuine sales pitch about how a small shop like his would do a far better job than the chain would. As he said it, I couldn't picture what he might mean by that. A repair is a repair. I was a little fearful to leave my car with someone new that I knew nothing about, but I could tell he was sincere. He went far above and beyond what should be expected of him. The clear-coat from a past repair had badly bubbled up, door handles which had been painted previously looked horrible from the paint chipping off. He didn't just fix the damage from the accident, he fixed everything. My car looks new again. He fixed things far outside the damage zone. Try getting that from that chain you probably know the name of. If I ever have another accident, I will call upon him again without any hesitation. If you meet him, you will quickly understand what I mean. It's very rare that you meet an individual like him. He's honest and dedicated. Cannot recommend highly enough.
