DO NOT USE My friends and I used this service for a round trip for dinner. When I contacted the driver to let him know we were ready he came into the restaurant and told me the sprinter was dead. I asked him what the plan was and he said he had none and had no jumper cables. We were 45 minutes from home and he had no plan. My friends convinced the manager of the restaurant to get her car and jumper cables. We stood in the rain while other clueless driver looked for the battery. My friend located the battery and hooked it up to be jumped. No apologies from the driver. When I reached out to the company the next day to let them know that happened they replied with a full priced invoice. Bad business. We took CLT Express Limo Sprinter for 10 people on the way to a wedding. The bus fit everyone comfortably and had great sound system to blare some music. Moses was also great showing up well ahead of time so we didn't have to be stressed for getting to the wedding on time. After having my reservation cancelled for New years Eve the day before by a different company, I was in a panic to find a replacement party bus for 30+ people. Thinking it would be impossible, I called around and was actually referred to CLT Express by Silver Fox Limos. Beginning with the woman who answered the phone, it was a wonderful experience. Knowing my request was ridiculous on such a short notice, she was a God send and stated they had a bus available that would accommodate all of our guests. She informed me of the price quotes and explained to me my different bus options. I did think the price was little high but given the day (NYE) and time of reservation (less than 24hours prior), it was to be expected. I received a confirmation email as soon as I got off the phone with her and also received one on the morning of my reservation notifying me that we were a go. Mark was our driver and he was the most professional, kind driver I had ever had. He called to notify my that he was on his way and asked about parking the bus. I asked him to text me when he arrived since it was quite noisy and he did so without any hesitation. He was patient as we all made our way onto the bus and even helped the young ladies as the entered. He dropped us off at our exact location regardless of traffic situations, and made sure we all knew where to find him for our pickup. Throughout the night, Mark kept us up to date, and changed our departure time so we all could get home when we desired. I highly recommend CLT Express for all your transportation needs. This was a bride's worst nightmare. I would never recommend this service to a couple looking for reliable transportation. We asked for two trips from hotels to our venue prior to our wedding which was set to begin at 4:30 PM. The first trip was a little late which was understandable considering traffic and time to load passengers. However, the second trip did not show until after 6 PM. Our planner called no less than three times while the driver was on the second trip to obtain an updated status but was never forwarded to the driver, just the dispatcher. She was told at 4:35 PM that the shuttle was leaving the hotel (12 min from venue) and we decided to wait and delay our wedding, assuming we could start prior to 5 PM. We still did not see the shuttle once 5 PM came around, our planner called again, and was told the shuttle was almost at the venue. At this point, we waited another 10 minutes and chose to move forward with our ceremony, even though the shuttle had not arrived. This delayed our ceremony by 45 minutes, rushing our schedule, preventing us from getting all our desired pictures, and unable to greet each of our guests. I called the shuttle service approximately two weeks after the service for either explanation or an apology. I did not receive an apology, compensation, nor an understandable explanation. We were told that they waited the second trip for guests (corrected themselves on my post-wedding call to say there were two on board - we never got confirmation from any of our guests that they were on this second shuttle) and that our planner did not provide a maximum wait time. 1. Why would they not request this information ahead of time? They claimed they did not want to bother the bride the day of, but that is why we had our planner as the main contact. 2. Even though our planner did not provide a wait time prior to the event, she called multiple times requesting updates on the second shuttle, making it clear we were waiting for it to arrive in order to start our ceremony. My husband was standing right next to her to keep updated. The company then told me on the post-wedding call that they would call my planner to clarify and then call me back. I never heard back from them and we are left with an extremely sour taste and unfortunately tainted view of our otherwise amazing wedding. I would never wish this on any other couple and urge caution to anyone to strongly reconsider shuttle companies if planning to use this one. There are multiple other shuttle options in the greater Charlotte area, this one is not worth the headache. read more

After having a prom reservation cancelled by another company 3 weeks prior to prom, I was in a panic needing transportation for 22 kids! I called several limo companies and had 2 that actually recommended CLT. I didn't think I was going to find anything available at all, but called anyway!! I am so glad I did. This limo bus far exceeded our expectations. The entire reservation process was smooth and Jeff was most helpful and compassionate about our situation! My second driver was Tim and he happy to help me locate restaurants and was even willing to stop for me if I wanted to. Very happy with the service. I felt very safe. read more

Ordered up three vans and a bus for my wedding. Jeff the owner was very quick to quote and respond via email. Our limo came from their competitor due to pricing however my wedding was on a competitive prom weekend. so that was fine.. I saved money going to their competition and Jeff made money renting to someone else.... Drivers arrived on time and were attentive to various needs for children and such. My only complaint is I paid in full two months in advance for my service and their office charged me again the night of the service. They corrected this within 2-3 days and Laura in the office was very nice about everything. Recommend! read more

The drivers are great, any time I have used them, but will be no longer. Had an issue with the service twice now, which was not the driver's faults and made this clear, but Jeff, the owner, was an absolute jackass to his employees. It was inexcusable, his arrogance and his mouth. I've gotten just as good service from other places and will make sure they, not Jeff, get my business from now on. read more

Contracted for 2 vehicles on our wedding day and only 1 vehicle showed up. After the ceremony, first vehicle took parents to reception while we took pictures and waited for the second car. After 30 minutes, we called for second vehicle and were told it wasn't coming and "that's ok, you won't be billed for it". This left the bride and groom without a ride to our own reception. Contacted the owner after the wedding and the response was basically sorry the second car didn't make it, but the SUV we sent was our nicest Cadillac and we'll do better next time. I would not recommend CLT Express for any important events. read more
