Damn, if you hate your job and dealing with people that bad, then quit and go get another one! My wife and then had to tug and pull the mower into a vertical position so I could get it off the frame. Wish I had looked at Home Depot reviews before I ordered as all of them in my area have 2.5 stars at best and 1.5 stars on the corporate website, which just goes to show how far down hill Home Depot customer service has gone. This was the sorry assed customer service I got for the $2600 I spent which just proves Home Depot does not give a damn about its customers!! When I called they said they could definitely do that and scheduled me. The person they sent was AWFUL!!! He had no idea what he was doing, pretended like he did until he got the whole dryer taken apart and then said "oh you can't side vent this because there's not a hole here" when there is a knock out clearly marked and it says it in the manual that you can do it. I remember a long time ago I bought my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer here and it's been a trusty culinary sidekick for nearly a decade. All the accessories have come from here as well. I found a couple of places online that were marginally cheaper, but I like the fact that I can pick it up same-day and I like the people here so it's a win-win to support the business.
