I'm extremely disappointed with this Pilates studio, especially their membership policies, cancelation restrictions, and lack of access to classes. I signed up for a 3-month membership, only to later find out they require a 30-day cancellation notice. That feels excessive and unreasonable for a fitness studio. When I questioned it, staff compared it to renting an apartment, which honestly makes no sense--this is a Pilates membership, not a lease. There's nothing about this service that justifies that kind of commitment or restriction. Even worse, I can barely get into classes at all. Most sessions are full or unavailable, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a membership. What am I paying for if I can't actually attend classes? On top of that, membership support has been unhelpful, and resolving billing concerns has been frustrating. Between the misnomer of the 3-month membership, the rigid cancellation policy, and the lack of access, this experience has not been worth the cost. I am requesting a refund, and I'm leaving this review so others are aware of what they're signing up for. Management seriously needs to rethink their policies and improve customer support. This is likely what to expect with a corporate chain such as Club Pilates. Be warned. read more

I enjoyed the classes. The facility is clean and the instructors are great. However, it feels like to truly progress, you need to attend more than one class per week. The basic package is $99 a month for four classes, and upgrading to eight classes jumps to $150. This is a significant cost for the average person and makes the club feel accessible mainly to those with a higher budget. Overall, the value for the price just isn't there. Also, be aware of the 30-day cancellation policy--you must give a full 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. Ultimately, I'll be returning to my local climbing gym, which offers unlimited gym access, fitness classes, yoga classes, and a sauna for $94 a month. I get much more for my money there. read more

This has been the first workout/gym experience I've ever been able to commit to long-term. I just completed my 100th class here a few days ago! I'm 41, perimenopause is kicking my *ss and I knew I needed to try something different to get my health sorted. Pilates has been perfect- Everything is tightening up, I've got muscles I didn't have before and it's relaxing (for exercise, lol). I love this studio, all of the instructors are great and the facilities are clean. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone I know! The only tricky part was figuring out the whole app/waitlist/booking situation when I first started. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get in as many days a week as I wanted to since everything in the upcoming week was booked up. But since I've got the unlimited plan, I've figured out my system to booking that allows me to have up to 15 classes booked ahead of time and I have no problem getting in 4-5 classes a week at this location. read more

I am new to Pilates, but not new to fitness studios, and I have yet to find a place as welcoming and friendly as Club Pilates Northwest Hills. The instructors are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure everyone is using proper form and doing the movement correctly. I joined to improve my core strength and flexibility, but I am also finding it to be a great full body workout. If you are thinking about it, give it a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

Bad business ethics. Although the owner is friendly upon joining, I was MOST frustrated and disappointed in her UNwillingness to recognize that I had MISunderstood that I would be automatically be signed on and billed every month for 3 months. I specifically wrote on the contract 1 month x 4 classes, because my intent was to "try it." It was NOT a good fit for me for a couple reasons and I did not plan to continue, so I did not sign up for anymore classes. When I saw my credit card billed for 2 more months, I went to speak to her to explain my MISTAKE in the circumstances. She pulled out the contract and did see I wrote 1 month! I misunderstood that ALL the clauses below were automatic, plus - she keeps the contract filed - so I was not able to see those details thereafter. Yes, she offered to sign me up for classes to make up - but, the point was, Pilates was NOT a good fit for me, why would I sign up for classes? I wanted my money for 2 months of non-use returned. read more

The quality of workout, level of instructor's knowledge, and overall atmosphere are all amazing, and creates an experience that really maximizes each pilates class. What a great find! This studio opened a few weeks ago and is perfect for my needs. This Club Pilates location has a robust schedule AND membership gives me access to all the local studios that also have robust schedules so I can always make something work. I am fortunate to live almost the same distance from this studio and another. I am making pilates my primary fitness activity and purchased the all-access membership for $209 per month with an initial three-month commitment. They also have 4 times a month and 8 times a month memberships for those who are blending other activities. I plan to take a class at least 4 times a week. Even at 3 times a week, the unlimited membership is some of the most affordable pilates classes around. Every instructor I've had has been well-prepared and kind to this relative beginner. The equipment is fantastic as well. read more
