This review is way overdue. I stopped coming and cancelled my membership because the receptionist was not only rude but forcefully kicked me out of the studio. I tried to add a class at CP Fremont. I've taken a few classes here but this wasn't my main studio. I went over to this location because it had one of the latest available classes at 2:30 pm on a weekend. I was on a waitlist, so I head over to the Fremont location. I was able to find parking right in front of the studio and came here about 30 mins early, mind you. I'm really serious about my workouts and take double classes majority of the time. I seen the instructor who was teaching and we greeted each other and she was excited I was joining. I told her about the issue that I'm waiting to see if I can be added. She told me it wouldn't be a prob and I would be able to get in. So, I checked in front, I think her name was Aracely or something like that. She was the only person at the front desk at the time had a really awful behavior at the time. I asked if the people in this class are regulars and if there would be a possible no show. She said yes, they all are regular so you should go. I thought it was so rude again to be talked to like that. I decided to wait and told her I'll wait to see if they're late and if you're late by the 6th min, your spot is given to the person who is physically waiting there. That's their system. So, as far as safety goes the person who is there can't really warm up and go straight into their workouts and if you are running late you don't also have time to warm up. It's a really bad system to get anyone injured. However, the incident in Fremont, I want to give feedback as to an unprofessional staff who kicked me out of the studio and didn't even treat me with any respect, seeing me patiently wait for 30 mins and did not follow company's policy to allow me to take a class when there was an opening. I waited the additional time after and was asked to leave at the 4 minute mark, right before 5 minutes. It was strange that an employee will ask you to leave as if you're not a paid member to sit, shop, or wait inside? I have never seen any other CP that has kicked a member out. The front desk staff told me that the girl was running late and she was coming. I still thought it was strange to rush a member out before closing and try to hold a space for a member when they were not inside the studio. I said fine I'll pack my things slowly thinking the girl might be parking her car. Still no one showed up as I was walking toward the door. I told her it was almost at the 5 min. mark and if she's not here in a minute that I would be able to be added since I am the first one waiting here. She pushed me out and that's when I told her it's passed the five minute mark as she locked the door behind me not giving me access to use the studio. I am very disappointed because I used to enjoy working out at the CP in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara after work, or before work I'd be at San Jose. I have never fully recovered and haven't felt the same. She was the only employee working beside the teacher so she deliberately took my spot, as a paid member. I have the priority. She put her hands on me and I escalated the situation to corporate which I went in full details. I took a picture of her right after the incident. I literally canceled my membership because if you cannot even trained your employee basic customer service I don't want to be a part of this institution. She should have been suspended or terminated for physically touching a member or anyone of that nature. I'm so glad I will never be back here or any place that doesn't want my business because I know I spend A LOT of money and time on my health. Having paid almost $300/mo for only Pilates class is such an expensive investment and to be treated like an animal is beyond me. I do not recommend this studio because the lack of customer service and the way they treat their members is unacceptable. For reference, I added text messages from my friend who was a past member. I was texting her the whole time from waiting for my class, being kicked out of the studio while being a paid member.

Introduction session with Stone was amazing, especially if you are curious about whether or not to take pilates permanently in the future. Room feels much smaller than expected as their reformer machines are tightly lined up together. There's a restroom in back side of room. You can leave your belongings on shelf next to front desk which is always staffed and look around at their tiny gift shop area in front. Pilates classes are worth the experience. Classes on the calendar looks very detailed with lots of time slot options. Club Pilates is more of a corporate style business. Not cheap and they may upsell you. I didn't like the cancellation policy and class prices were high for me. It uses AI for text messaging for marketing promotions to follow up with customers. Just ask if you have a discount number in mind. Parking lot and spaces aren't the best being next to a credit union bank ATM, but they do have other better locations in the region. Undecided at this point. Club Pilates is popular for sure.

I LOVE the instructors and I love the classes! I tried most classes during the 2-week unlimited…read moreclasses trial and it was a great experience; I got very toned and sweat way more than I thought I could. My top three favorite classes were Vinyasa Flow with Katya, Hot HIIT Pilates with Carolyn, and Original Bikram with Lee. There is plenty of parking, lockers for valuables are available, public cubes are available to put stuff down in. At minimum, you will need to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. There are a variety of ways to sign up for classes - single class, memberships, and class packs that can be shared by 4+ people. While I think the staff and classes are great, the facilities could improve. The ventilation could improve, the floors are not wiped after every class, and there are no sanitizing sprays/wipes to clean the shared weights and blocks.

My friend & I came here for the first time on Sunday morning for the Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Heated:…read more80-85F) class and it was good! The online website was a bit outdated in my opinion and had to download the Mind Body app to book the class. The studio is located in the middle of Mega Mart and FedEx Shop, in the little "alleyway". Once you get to the door, there's a sign outside that says Yoga Journey Studios. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and you can take the stairs or elevator. Once you get to the 2nd floor, the studio is on the right side. I was greeted by the instructor and she checked me in a took a photo for the profile/account. Then she gave me a brief tour of the studio. There's a small couch area, some wooden cabinets to put your stuff away (no locks), and there's some smaller cabinets that can fix your wallet (with a code lock). For the women side, there are 3 shower stalls, 2 sinks, 2 benches, & wooden cabinets inside the shower area. The vinayasa flow yoga was amazing! The room was warm enough that I sweated a little bit. The instructor was clear and supportive. Please modify and listen to your body! They provided 2 blocks and a strap if you want to use it. In between the classes, the room was being cleaned which was nice. The restroom is located outside the studio, down the hallway on the left and there is a code to it. The only thing I would tell them to improve on is: 1) to provide more information in the email/app confirmation to tell people to bring towels (since you'll need to rent it there) - Ofcourse, I knew to bring a towel. And maybe let people know that if they didn't bring a mat, they can rent one. And maybe tell people to bring slippers incase they want to use it in the shower or to use walk around the lobby area. 2) provide a filter water fountain? I didn't see water anywhere. There's a free large parking lot outside of the studio connected to other stores/restaurants in the plaza. Other than that, if I lived closer, I would come back for another class.

Roya is an amazing teacher and this is why I chose this place. It is so calming and it has helped my anxiety. I sleep better and I can assure you this place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. Yes it is a yoga studio; however, they have self care awareness classes that will teach you how to tackle anything when you're upset. What I loved the most was is their free community classes where you can actually feel and see the studio. It is definitely worth it. Also, I noticed one of the reviews that says "they don't answer calls" well it's a peaceful place. It is nowhere near a scam . Truly unbelievable. If you would like to contact them it's on their page called "CONTACT US" and they reply right away. Parking on the other hand, it's not hard to find one there's a lot of open spots on the streets and I went over 2 hrs and it doesn't matter, you'll be fine. Good luck everyone! I definitely love this place ‍ Namaste. I posted the two classes I attended.

The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. It can be challenging if you push yourself. It's a full body low impact workout that works your whole body and muscles you didn't even know existed! I can attest that my physical weaknesses before going to Pilates have either healed or strengthened. When I had rotator cuff surgery, Pilates was a great rehab exercise. The best part are the instructors esp the owner. She knows you by name and makes a point to make sure your form is correct, and nothing is too overwhelming or hard. She has hired some amazing instructors who truly love teaching and doing Pilates. They won't teach anything they wouldn't do themselves. And EVERY class is different. You never will be bored! The studio is exceptionally clean; the reformers are spaced out well (not cramped); the equipment is well cared for and lots of options for hand weights, wedges, cushions to accommodate your back, head etc.. and its not difficult to get a spot in class if you register in a timely manner. It's been one of the best commitments I have ever made.

What I really like about his way of teaching is, that: he not only teaches you Yoga aasanas, but also will read Hindu vedic literature and explain it. He reads books like Bhagat Gita, Bhagwatam, Upanishads. It is very nice to read these books as a group and have English translation and meaning explained. I always have wanted to read these books, but, somehow, whenever I started reading a book.... I'd loose interest or find it too complex for understanding. But collective reading and understanding is a great way to learn about all the morals these books have. He also provided English meaning of Sanskrit words wherever necessary. Thank you Gajananam, for your slow and easy style of explanation. One thing I also liked about what he said was, Vedanta does not bind a person to learning from just 1 master or 1 source. A person should be open to learning from various sources if needed. What a great point to remember. The other thing you might want to know is - he conducts these classes in his garage, it's well kept and he has fans and yoga mats, which, he provides. On a hot day, after doing yoga.... It's feels hot and sweaty in there. Just FYI.
