This experience surpassed all of my expectations in every dimension. The town of San Pancho is a hidden treasure to behold, filled with culture and kindness, playfulness and humility. The artisans are creative and quality unlike other vacations I have taken. A balanced between luxury and simplicity that I didn't know I needed. The cuisine was delicious and inspiring , made by a lovely couple who catered and curated fresh ingredients and took all the decisions out of our hands leaving us to relish in the the food and fellowship that meals and meaningful gatherings are capable of achieving. I learned about yoga and so, so much more. Breath work, journaling, aromatherapy and healing. Connecting to nature and loosening or grip on things that are not serving. The level of detail and thoughtfulness that went into this trip are not lost on me. Thank you for making this trip so special nurturing each of us.

I started with only once a week and noticed a difference from just that! It turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The classes and instructors are amazing. They were able to guide and help me manage my pain, stress and sleep schedule. It's truly been a transformation both mentally and physically. I never regret spending an hour in a class here because I always feel better after. If you are looking for the western ideas of "yoga" and running through a bunch of poses, this is not the place. For any beginners, you're able to have a free intro class to understand 1) how to best use the reformer, and 2) understand general modifications you can make when starting out (e.g., if you need a waffle mat to help stabilize your core while on the reformer). Some of my favorite classes include the hybrid classes or the Barre class. At times, I feel that the mat Pilates works my core even more than the reformer, making the stretch reformer Pilates classes great on my "off" days.
