THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMM Came to attend the Hola Mami/Sorry Papi event, I bought $15 tickets before hand, we got there to try and get our tickets scanned for entry and the lady wouldn't even look or scan our tickets claiming that we needed to pay an additional $25 cover. We ended up paying the cover, called and of course they couldn't refund us claiming it's "final sale". Bartenders charged us $10 for a small water bottle and denied us free tap water. Came here for NYE for my first time and it was such a vibe. They play hip hop, House, reggaeton music, multiple bars available, table service, upstairs lounge, security. Tried this place a couple times with friends. Very overpriced club, it costs 20 USD to enter the club and the drink prices aren't much different from the entry fee; for a drink or shot. Many of the bouncers and the bartenders will try to flirt with you while working. I decided to just dance and one of the artists threw money to the crowd, which led to the security jumping to the floor to pick up money. At some points of the night the security would even ask to go through your bag to see if you had picked up any of the one dollar bills, then you had to explain why you are carrying a five or twenty dollar bill, super odd behavior, which happens here frequently apparently. I don't know if this place is under new management or what but this place truly isn't what it use to be, they don't even have people upstairs or in sections anymore. So many other bars and clubs that have a better vibe in the area and don't treat you with disrespect or have outrageous prices. read more

Love coming to a place that lives up to the hype. Came here with friends after dinner and was so glad we did so, such a great idea. There was a bit of a line but totally understandable. Entrance was $20, on a Saturday night. Once you're fully in you're transported into a different world, it seems. The production at this club is top notch, now let's talk about the music. They play mainly Latino music but did hear some hip-hop / rap. This is the place to be on a Saturday night for lots of dancing. My favorite was salsa dancing There are two floors playing different music on each. It's less crowded at the top but all smaller. Bartenders were nice and fairly quick, so that was a plus. Restrooms were clean, no issue there. Cannot wait to come back for more dancing. read more

We spent 3k drink there for the night and their security guards were so rude, and physically pushed us on our way out. We requested to see a manager of course we were pushed out to the street, one of then pulled out a gun on us. As we were walking back to our hotel, then 5 security guards followed up and tried to jump on us. I had to call 911 on speaker, they heard the operator then ran away. Regardless what the consequences, a business have their staff chase customer in the middle of the night having to call 911 to be safe. You figured it out. There are more nicer places. read more

This club is busy, and chaotic. I had a panic attack on the dance floor because I was so overstimulated from the shoving, pushing, and the fact that there were way more people than there should have been in the building. As I was making my way to get air by the door, my partner stopped to get a shot for us both. I set mine on the bar (hand was still holding it but I was looking away) bc I was waiting to give it to my partner to take and someone roofied it, I was finally making my escape from the crowd & trying to get some air by just trying to stand closer to the exit at the end of the bar near the dance floor, and the bouncer rudely told me I had to either get back into the crowd or get out. So I got out, and as I was walking back to my car with my boyfriend I noticed 10-15 men standing in the shadows along the side of the building near the exit just standing around (none of them were talking to eachother, they were just watching). Not 5 min after we got to my car, my boyfriend who had taken the drugged shot was fully incapacitated. I was almost turned away from this place based on the reviews on here, but I went anyways. I had a very pleasant time. Got there late on Saturday night. Got right in, didn't even have to wait five minutes to pay the cover (which was $20). It was incredibly packed inside, even if you weren't on the dance floor. They have lots of bars scattered throughout, both downstairs and upstairs. Drinks are a little pricey, so expect that. But the DJs were great and kept the place bumping. I really liked this club If your a pretty girl this is a good place for you to go. Me and friends got into the club being 18, but i'm sure they wouldn't let 18 year old guys in. We got pulled into 3 VIPs and actually ended up on stage too. We didn't have to pay for any drinks, only the $20 cover fee at the door. Overall , the environment is pretty secure for it being 18+ security is everywhere however they aren't pushy, or rude. i've seen many reviews about the staff being disrespectful but i haven't had a bad encounter with anyone that works here at all. i don't recommend using the restrooms as they're not the cleanest. the only major complaint i have is it is so LOUD inside. your head is definitely gonna hurt after leaving, but the music is good. read more

Should've known better- actually knew better... Anytime a place charges a cover even if you get bottle service, that's a telltale sign of service. Let's start off at the beginning- walk up to line ask for bottle service- felt bad those girls didn't even have a heater and there were standing out there freezing in 21 degree weather- anyway they start of With saying bottle service is from 450-2500.. when we finally decide to roll with it, she said 650 (who knows where that number came from, but we were going with it). Then, when we're just about to pay, she said- "oh I forgot to tell you, theres also a cover." Mind you there were about 8 of us so that's close to extra 200 which is was a no for me- so we went in the regular paying cover regardless. While in there, we decided ok maybe we will get a table since we are buying drinks and really it's just a minimum you have to spend. We literally just paid 100 on 6 drinks. We try to find someone that could help us, so my husband goes to the bar, and I go to some guy walking around with a cheap, untailored suit to ask about it. My husband even asks if he even worked here, which I had just seen him come from the back. He was very unapproachable because he had this little man syndrome about him, unfriendly and gesture of just had been sucking on a lemon- but I don't get intimidated easily, so still asked. The funniest thing though is that he pretends to be the owner, which he obviously is not. I'm sure the owner had more marketing sense than that. I mean when you know, you know. The security even started laughing when I asked him about it. Anyway, he said he'd be back. Fast forward about 15 minutes- we're still standing waiting for someone and so finally a girl comes out and I see that guy again. I go to the guy to ask not realizing my husband was also asking again- no surprise but the guy was rude in his response- "Didn't the girl already tell you, why you asking me." I just looked him straight in the face when he decided to say he'd be back again. This whole deciding on a table went on for about another 15-20 minutes, which was another reason we should've left then, but didn't (again knew better). How can a business not want to make more money! So, he finally emerged again, goes to my husband and yells " didn't the girl tell you that table was taken already." Then goes to one the employees and berates them in front of everyone. Very unprofessional, but not that I was expecting anything different at this point. What this dude doesn't realize is that whether someone wants to or not want to get a certain table isn't always because they can't afford it, it's if they see the value in it. I mean I can buyout your salary, but you're of no value to me. And just to be clear, you wouldn't have a job there if it wasn't for everyone spending. Honestly, I didn't see the value of any table in that club, but we were getting on just because we could and my feet hurt. After this it gets better- We finally get a table, the waitress moved the seat a little back so we just left it there. About 30 minutes letter the same guy pushes one if our friends (a girl) out of the way saying we keep blocking the area. When my husband goes and tells him that the waitress put it there, this guy starts losing it and flapping his arms everywhere. Mind you, we deal with irate people all time so were used to remaining calm. He gets security involved who don't even know what's going on. One even says, "we know he's trippin." It was one of the most hilarious experienced of my life. This place should probably vet their managers more otherwise they're gonna lose more business. Tip for those of you that don't know- if you are promised a service and don't get it-- don't sign and then dispute it. Everything is verbal and they can't prove you authorized that amount- but most importantly you didn't get the service you are paying for. If you could put a zero stars I would. So many things wrong: $20 cover no matter the time/day. Drinks way over priced and absolutely horrific. Music is so loud it's uncomfortable and as far as quality of performance is low grade. They have these clear boxes for "dancers" to preform in, yeah those aren't performers, just any old drunk girl in there. They don't even clean the class so it's cover in finger prints can't even see the terrible dancers. There is also no proper AC in the building so be prepared to be sweating without even moving. This club is set to target Hispanics and it's a disgrace, further feeding into a narrative that people of color don't get the same quality of a night club. Don't waste your time or money there.
