The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It's refreshing to have someone who takes pride in making sure customers have a good experience. More restaurants could take a page from Sammy's book because good customer service can make just as much of a difference as good food.
