I booked a haircut with the barber "JB" through theCut app. I choose the $45 option that included a hair wash and a hot towel. I was never given a hair wash or a hot towel and I was still charged the full $45. I asked for a mid fade with a design a curved line that divided the fade. He did not fade my hair and cut the sides all the same length. Then he cut a straight instead of a curved line. I also asked for a line up. He did not cut my hair even it was crooked. Also he stopped cutting my hair 6 times to stop and talk to another barber which prolonged the amount of time I was there. I left this same review on theCut app and theCut contacted me saying JB disputed my review and that it was not true. Any reviews that are less than 5 stars he disputes them with theCut app. Those pictures he has on his profile do not match his work. All those other reviews are phony. read more

Clutch barber shop, more like Crutch barber shop. 2nd time and last time I was today.1st was a great cut and experience with Isaac. However one of the clown who I was unlucky enough to get from, was awful. Chill dude but his priorities weren't straight, nor were his lines on the faded. So many parts were missed when I cleaned myself up tonight. Had to fix his mistakes at home as well. I've never had such an awful cut completely unsatisfactory . Going in I felt bad because I only had $3 on hand to tip him. But i wanted to give that dude benefit of the doubt. After checking the cut more, I want that tip and all $48 back. A refund would mean me remaining as a customer. Other wise you can' lose one, oh wait, remember something else, I imagine the cases of beer being enjoyed. H the shop while a young boy was with his beer being father. Maybe the kid shouldn't be in that environment. So I stand by my 1 star. read more

Isn't run very well. Went for a haircut and multiple barbers wee just sitting around. They spent more time arguing about celebrities then helping their clients. I just ended up leaving after I noticed how long one haircut took. I don't recommend going. read more
