Never called us back and we have tried tried to call him 3 or 4 times and they will not call us back. We don't recommend them for repairs.

Had a replacement on hand, pulled out the old one but found pretty severe scorcing on the board. Pulled the unit out from the wall and tested the compressor and found it to be faulty. A new circuit board would only burn out and a new compressor was taking me into the big $$$ repair range. At this price point and age of the unit, both Daveand i agreed I am probably better off with a new unit. He then spent another 15 minutes offering excellent tips and points on what units I should be looking for and why. Excellent service and I will keep his info close at hand if/when any other appliances need repair.

My washer started malfunctioning. It sounded like it was out of balance every load and walked…read moreacross the floor. I'm not completely unhandy, and knew to make sure it was at least level and to make sure the clothes were distributed evenly. I called a couple repair companies. Most had nearly a week backlog. This company was able to come out within a day or two so I gave it a shot. This is why they get 2 stars. I was told a service call was approximately $70. A tech arrived. His card said Habib. He looked under the washer and insisted it wasn't level. I politely argued. He then ran a nearly empty load. Although it banged around more than usual, it didn't walk around, so he insisted it was fine and charged me $90 for adjusting the legs and telling me the transmission is leaking and isn't worth fixing. I did my laundry on the weekend like I always do. It banged and walked around like before the service call. No change. I tried calling twice, but they haven't answered. The tech told me it's not worth putting much money into, so I don't feel much pressure to have them come back. I cant see myself calling them again for another repair anyway.

I reached out to Richard several times initially to repair the washer/dryer for my rental…read moreproperties then for my primary residence. Richard was quick to show up to assess the situation usually same day when I called in the morning or the following day if I reached out later in the day. He's provided an honest assessment and has told me when the fix was too expensive and didn't make sense to repair and has also diagnosed the situation and repaired the issue when it was something minor and cost effective. Richard has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on even when it can be extremely technical. I've used several appliance repair companies in the past but what sets Richard apart is he assesses the situation and replaces not only the component that's in question but also any secondary parts that are due to wear out soon so that you don't have to keep calling for repairs. When I told him I just got the motor replaced for my dryer 3 years ago, he was surprised they didn't also replace the rubber belt that was clearly deteriorated, the drum bearing and some other parts that were on its last legs and relatively inexpensive to replace. I've got Richard on speed dial and will be giving him all of my appliance repair business moving forward. Highly recommended.

The technician didn't answer his phone very professional and I had to be like um is this appliance repair? He came two days later looked at the dryer for 2 mins (I sent a video prior) and told me I might as well just buy a new one because it will probably almost as expensive to fix. Then my refrigerator- the machine isn't working, he opened it and looked in and said it's outside his scope because if he takes out the ice maker he might break it. Then he charged me $80 for the visit and told me he wouldn't charge me for the refrigerator. Excuse Me? It was like he was doing me a favor, the guy was in my house less than five minutes. It rubbed me the wrong way and I don't know if this was just an easy $80 bucks for him to show up and leave. A few weeks later I called a different appliance repair when my fridge was leaking. He fixed the issue and told me the model refrigerator I have historically has an ice machine go out and to just google brand ice replacement and purchase it and he could install it. Wow- so Much more helpful. I wouldn't call this company again.

Also, gave me trustworthy places to buy new appliances and parts from when he came out to service my dryer. I almost pulled the trigger and got a new dryer but he was able to have it fixed in under an hour and saved me close to a thousand dollars on new. He only charged me for what most people would charge you to knock on your door, for parts and labor. Bob is one of those rare Salt of the Earth kind of guys you just don't see these days anymore.
