I called him that day. He said he had other projects to complete. We rescheduled. He was OK working on my equipment in my absence so he came to my house. I had the pressure washer and the water hose laid out in my backyard. Marc called me and told me that he had got the equipment running. I was so excited to hear the good news that I paid him using Cash App and tipped him an extra $10 on top of what he charged without ch the machine myself. When I attempt to use the pressure washer, I ran into the same issue before Marc claim he fix the it. I text him called him to have him come back out at a later time with no success. He has not answered my calls nor my text messages therefore I had to hire someone else to repair my machine. I have personally never met the man . I think he lacks professionalism and loyalty to his customers and a willingness to see a project through to the end. I have nothing good to say about my experience and dealing with Mark Small engine repairs. He told me to contact the manufacturer asap to get number for the correct part so he could order it, mind you he doesn't have a professional place to get the parts and orders them on Amazon (told me parts from Amazon are not always reliable). I provided him with all the necessary info the next day and he confirmed he will order the part. After over a week of not hearing back I reached out to him to check on the status and got the following response "I do have the part I am so sorry I totally forgot I'll explain to you later...."
