I had an appointment to fix my ice dispenser. It was fixed, but the person in the office said it would be 79 dollars for the initial service and if there were any extra parts, repairs etc., that 79 dollars would go towards the final bill. Well they did charge me for 79 dollars, but the service man charged me 100 additional dollars. So the guy was here for 15 minutes to clear the ice machine and no repairs or parts were needed and i paid 179 dollars. Never again AA read more

My washer was clogged and leaking water everywhere, and so was my fridge. Adam promptly came the next day and helped fix that. He even helped me fix my dryer too! We had been having an issue with our oven, it would turn on, but after maybe an hour or so, it would cut off. We weren't sure of the issue. We called some local repair shops and ended up having Adam come take a look. Now, this guy was very pleasant overall, however, after he came and checked a few things, he couldn't get our oven to turn back on at all, and as previously mentioned, it used to at least turn on, it was just an issue with staying on. After this happened, he made a few phone calls and said hey, I can buy a part for you and come back and install it in 2 days and that should fix the issue. We agreed but never heard from the guy again. 2 days passed, and I called Adam; he stated the part didn't come in yet, and he said it would likely come in tomorrow and he will call me then. Never heard back. Bad customer service in my opinion. At the very least, I feel he could have called back to say "hey I'm not going to get the part" or something. Thankfully, Adam was pleasant and didn't take any money from us, but I didn't particularly appreciate that we were never communicated with again. This was also a waste of our time because we refrained from calling other repair shops until we realized he wasn't coming back. Obviously, our oven was having problems, so I'm not implying that he broke our oven any more than it already was; however, it was working prior to him coming, and not working at all after he left, and this is something he never even addressed. Bottom line, as a customer set the expectation for me, and don't just leave us hanging. read more

do not patronize this con artist. they were at my house to repair my dryer on 9/1/2021 and told me that they could fix it for $325. then they said that they did not have all the parts to fix it so they told me that they had a new dryer for $400 so i gave them the okay for the new dryer. big mistake. the next day my wife used it and noticed that the filter had a big hole in it. they sold me a used piece of junk and told me it was new. avoid these con artists like the plague. not recommended. i am reporting these con artists to the better business bureau. read more
