When I got home I looked them up on Yelp. Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. Thank you Pampered Pet Care for the love and kindness you give our pets and treating them like they were your own.

Only to find out that doesn't secure a rez, I have to now wait 24-48 hrs for them to advise if there's availability. If they have no availability then this is all a waste of my time and now my CC is in their system. Feels like another case of forced Customer Non-Service through a website. A shame as I've heard good things about their actual boarding service. Customer Service is important to me as well.

I found them on Yelp and when I asked our vet for a boarding recommendation, they mentioned The Pet Resorts. I called to schedule my dog's "vacation." They took down all of my information and sent me an email with everything we agreed upon, including a furminator bath and groom. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable. I received an email and phone call reminder of our dog's stay with them. They suggested that I fill out the new customer packet prior to arriving. However, I had printer issues and was not able to. They printed it for me when I arrived and I filled it out in their spacious lobby. It was lengthy and thorough. Their nightly rate of $40 per dog is for their Standard Runs, $52 per dog for their Pet Suites. Add $5 per night per dog during Holiday periods. Half day fee for pickups after 1 PM. Pick-up and drop off anytime during their business hours. When I picked up my fur baby, he looked so good! Probably the best groom he's ever gotten. We were very impressed. They also gave me a report card that accurately described his personality. He was definitely tired when he got home. The Pet Resorts board cats as well. They offer a pet taxi to pick up and drop off your pet for an additional charge. We will continue to use TPR for our dog's future vacations.

Last year, we adopted a beautiful, neurotic, sweet, NEEDY Great Dane puppy out of an abusive situation, little realizing the love and attention he would require. While it has been a pleasure to watch him bloom, we couldn't find quite the right fit for a caregiver to use during our frequent travels. Discovering Linda by chance may have been the best thing that ever happened for our pretty boy. From the very moment we met her, it was apparent that she is an expert "Doggy Whisperer" who has a very special bond with animals, including our Denver. He loves spending time with her and romping in her gorgeous backyard, a place we call puppy heaven! Linda genuinely loves the animals in her care and treats them as her own. Additionally, she sends us photos and videos of our boy when we're away - sometimes it looks as if he doesn't miss us at all! The excited barks and yelps and wags as we approach her driveway before a drop off tell the whole story: Denver loves Linda, and that's so much more than we could ask for.

I really appreciate the care they received and would highly recommend her services.

Lori is the sitter I use and she is outstanding. Recently I was away on business and received a call from Lori. Normally she sends pictures and videos of my precious Boomer. When I received a telephone call I was surprised. This time Lori seemed worried. She told me that she noticed a little blood around Boomer's paw. I really did not think much of it; I know he loves to play a lot and that he loves to scratch his post. However, Lori was adamant that something wasn't right. I thought maybe she may have been overreacting when she insisted that he be seen by a vet. Lori was already booked for the day, but managed to change her schedule to take Boomer to his vet - thank God she is so vigilant! Had we waited much longer, Boomer may have acquired an abscess. His nail had grown into his paw (shame on me for not trimming his nails) and was beginning to become infected. The situation was so serious that my vet did a minor surgery to make certain my baby was healthy again. Lori not only dropped him off at the vet, but also, made her next appointment on time, then returned to bring Boomer (cone on his head and all) back home. I flew home to be with him immediately. This business is exceptional, the level of care, outstanding. I cannot thank Lori enough for going over and above for my Boomer. I am forever grateful to her and I refuse to use anyone else!!!

I brought our 10…read moremonth old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Trinity Grace, in for overnight boarding as well as a couple one on one training sessions with the owner Greg and myself while I was housesitting in the area. I have neuropathy in my hands and leash walking has definitely been challenging for me so, I was hoping Greg could give me some pointers. Never did I expect Trinity to be able to walk next to me without a leash. Where to begin.... Vanda, the receptionist, was so kind, patient and sweet! She was extremely helpful with my multitude of questions before, during and after. I am very much the helicopter mom for our fur baby...lol. I've never done something like this so Vanda was amazing answering all my questions. You could genuinely see the love she had for all her fur and human customers. Trinity boarded overnight and it was obvious she was very comfortable and connected with Ashlynn that was giving her some trail walks and taking care of her. Due to the limited amount of time I had in town I was only able to get two sessions in with Greg. It is mind blowing how much he taught Trinity but more so me in that time during our sessions. I loved the analogies and thought provoking scenarios he provided in order for me to relate to our pup and her thought process. I had always heard it's more about training the owner versus training the dog. Which I definitely see now. Greg even told me by the time we left on the second visit that Trinity would walk next to me without a leash. And she did! Now I have a lot of work to do still especially when we go back home down to South Georgia. But I definitely look forward to bringing Trinity back in a couple months to work with Greg a little bit more. Because I had to go several times I really feel like I got to know the staff. Trinity was very excited to see Vonda, Ashlynn and Greg. As I like to say, Trinity did the wiggle butt dance every time we arrived! Regardless if you need doggy daycare, overnight boarding or training the Peacefulness & Serenity of this facility is like no other and your pup will be in GREAT hands. This was such a precious find! I also loved all the little extras that could be added on. The irony is when we lived up in this area 8 years ago, our German Shorthaired Pointer Rascal used to run to a farm behind us. Little did we know it was Atlanta Dogworks. It was pretty impressive that Vanda remembered our Sweet Rascal Girl too. That sure was a sign that Trinity was in good hands! Looking forward to a long relationship with a phenomenal establishment!

    Critter Sitters

Janet from Critter Sitters really saved us!…read more If I had imagined the perfect kitty sitter, Janet Green of Critter Sitters surpassed it. She was everything I hoped for in a sitter and more, going above and beyond my most hopeful expectations. She was responsive, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and all around wonderful. I can't begin to express what a relief it was to have Janet watching our cats when everything else seemed in chaos. My husband and I were trying to navigate a trip to help my elderly mom after knee replacement surgery (the day before elective surgeries were halted due to COVID-19) and had the trip extended unexpectedly when we realized she needed way more recovery time. When I had to change our first meet and greet due to my flight getting canceled five times (due to the pandemic) she was understanding and accommodating. When I finally got back (for just one day before returning to my mom) Janet listened attentively when I introduced her to our three kitties and when I showed her the medications for our elderly cat, asking great questions. When we were gone she visited our kitties twice a day, every day. She sent the most adorable pictures after every visit so we knew our cats were being looked after, along with detailed text updates and even occasional videos of them playing. Her messages were a ray of sunshine in what was otherwise chaos. If all that weren't enough, she found a better way to give our 19 year old IBD cat his twice daily medication AND she gave him his subcutaneous fluids. Having Janet as our guardian kitty angel was like having an old trusted family friend looking after our cats.

Recently our pet sitter through Critter Sitters retired and we met with our new sitter one time. Everything seemed fine and we were scheduled to go out of town and had confirmed with the new sitter employed by Critter Sitters that everything was in order. Yesterday I asked for clarification about the billing since it seemed substantially higher with the new sitter over what we had paid previously - in response, I have been told that the sitter's schedule has changed and that I should seek care for my animals elsewhere. With little more than a week's notice, this was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I've tried to communicate my experience to the owner of the company but the line has been busy for some time; will update this review if new information becomes available but sadly, I can no longer recommend this business and would seek care for pets elsewhere. Update: the owner responded and while appreciated, I find the way this situation was handled by Critter Sitters very unprofessional. I can include the text conversation for reference as I did not negotiate: I asked a question about a price difference between two different sitters employed by the same company, a difference of over 300 dollars. The only "policy" I see enforced or followed here is poor customer service.
