Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

But when we insisted on him to tell us yes or no to the refund, he said 'no' . This was a very upsetting experience and our dreams of getting an RV will never happen now. We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. We purchased a 2024 Forest River Evo, February 3rd and it was in the shop for repair February 28th…read more I took it to a local dealer to have service since we are 3 and a half hours away form their repair center. They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.

After searching online and calling about ten places in search of fresh water to fill our tanks I called the Coburg Volunteer Fire Department. When they told me no I asked if they could recommend someplace that we could fill. They suggested we call Bobby Combs RV. I called and the woman on the phone said sure, come on in.
