Her reply was, "YOUMISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT." I walked in the door at exactly 9:45 am, the time I had written down at my house when I scheduled the visit. By the way, it was only for a rabies shot. In a very sarcastic manner, she said, "Your appointment was for 9:30 am, so you missed it." I showed her my watch, which was precisely 9:45 am. The exact time I thought my appointment was for. I asked her if I could wait a while so the cat could get his shot. Again, she replied, my appointment was for 9:30, so I missed it I maintained my composure and asked her for a manager or the doctor. She huffed and puffed and went to the back. She came right back and said they can't see you, and that the only thing I could do is make a new appointment. I made a new one and left. Now for the best part, I called The Paris Hill Cat Hospital. Jason, the manager ( a great guy) could tell of my frustration. Boom! He said can you be here in 20 minutes. I said I sure could. By the time we got there, he had already gotten Baby's records from Marcy Clinic, and he got his shot. That's the way to do business.

As a super energy spring legged bouncy boy, he can be a challenging handful and I have always had super duper help without having to ask even. Buddy loves going to the "DOCS " even after having surgery, (being neutered). I have some health issues that sometimes make basic things challenging for me and I have found this place(EVERY PERSON) very helpful during my many visits with my 3 dogs over 15 or 20 years. During winter, it's not easy to have him socialize with other dogs, due to it being too cold outside. I considered this as an option. I went there, didn't know the best time or day to go there(more on this later). At the time I went in, I guess other owners were picking up their dogs. Was told I needed a copy of all vet vaccinations. I had a copy of the dog license in the car(which you can't get without all vaccinations). He didn't care, and I guess that is policy, so I kinda understood that. I asked when would be a good time for an intake interview? I saw he was busy, understandable. He gave me his business card. I asked him when would be a good day and time to call him. He said anytime. Now, if he is busy at the moment, apparently anything could come up at any time. I do not like using the phone. Prefer not to. Would if absolutely necessary. He seems to have a flow of customers. Maybe he isn't taking on new clients(would make sense). I don't know much about him or his business(this was my first impression). Maybe rubbed me the wrong way/no idea.

They killed my boy! I instructed them on how much medication, (Vetsulin) to give my boy Dakota when…read moreI was out of town. He had diabetes, but he was a very stable diabetic. I instructed them to give him 3 units of Vetsulin 15-30 minutes after feeding twice a day. I guess both of them got confused so they decided to give him a full syringe of Vetsulin to Dakota twice a day for a week. That's over 6 times the amount he should have been given. They stated that they were confused. He stayed there 4-5 times before this happened. So, instead of calling me, his vet, or even looking on the medication box they decided it was best to overdose him. I am attaching 2 pictures. Dakota after Baileys Dailey pet care overdosed him and him as a very happy pup! He was my best friend. I am writing this review because I do not want this to happen to another innocent pup.
