There were five of us, so we ordered the 6 meats & 6 sides, and it was PLENTY of food. We got the brisket, tri-tip, burnt ends, beef ribs (Sunday only!), siu yuk, and sausage links. For sides, we chose the cornbread, shells & cheese (which was actually cavatappi lol), sesame slaw, spicy cucumbers, tallow fries, and pandan pudding. We also couldn't pass up the new tallow churros with ube dip, plus a pitcher of sangria for the table. Honestly, everything was absolutely delicious. I could write a paragraph about each dish, but this review would never end LOL. There's plenty of seating in the back, though the teepees were definitely the most sought-after spots. Considering the crowd though, I would send someone to save your group a spot while you wait in line. FYI short rib is by weight $40/lb so it was about $50 for it. The sides I got were their macaroni and cheese 10/10 tastes home made! Onion rings were ok. Coleslaw is alright. Good for fiber! lol.
