Dwana is an incredible instructor! After moving to the area, I was looking for a motivating fitness community and found exactly that in her classes. I've now attended both her Body Pump and Body Combat classes, and they are outstanding. Her energy is contagious, her coaching is inspiring, and her Body Combat class was one of the best workouts I've had. Coach Dwana is the best! I've taken her classes for 4 years now, twice a week. I started out as a true beginner, no background in fitness, no prior knowledge. Now I am 20 lbs lighter and am now the fittest and strongest I've ever been in my entire life. I do not have enough words to describe how incredible and positive Dwana's influence is. I have taken many of her fitness classes. I have also recently consulted with her regarding my nutrition, and wanting to make some changes in my life. If I could give Dwana Olsen 10 stars, I absolutely would. No one comes close to her level of energy, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. Before taking Coach Dwana's class I always struggled with doing weights and stamina . I have taken her body pump class and body combat class and it's changed my life. Not only have I gotten stronger but I feel so much better and that translated to all aspects of my life. Her classes are filled with positive people and she's an inspiration. I am immeasurably grateful to Coach Dwana for the role she has played in my fitness experience. As a retired senior, I returned to 24 Hour Fitness over a year ago, hoping that I would eventually have the courage to return to Body Pump, a class I had loved in my younger days.
