Very clean and well kept store. Small and doesn't have a lot of the styles online, but the ones they do have are a great deal! Granted, the sales associates aren't as enthusiastic as the women's Coach store, but that may be a plus for some. They have some great items, and it was 60% off plus additional 20% for some backpacks and small leather goods. I ended up purchasing a backpack and a wallet and it ended up being ~$280. My boyfriend was looking for Hush Puppies Shoes and found Coach Men's instead. Coach Men's has been at the location for a month now. Well overall I like the store and customer service! It is wayyyy less crowded and chaotic compared to the original Coach (Women's). The sales guys were very helpful and didn't look so attached to selling purses. Store was nice and clean. I didn't feel like I would knock over a display if I turned around. Only one issue, our cashier Karina had an attitude problem. I bought a wallet and the bf bought a father's day gift. When we were rung up at the register, she "forgot" to give me the 30% discount (I gave her the slip of paper) until I pointed it out. No eye contact, no smile, no questions if the items we bought were gifts or not. If she doesn't like working there or could care less, go work at Wal-Mart! It was merely by pure chance I stumbled upon this store. I was actually in the search for Hush Puppies shoe store for my mom. To my dismay that the shop has since closed and been replaced by Coach Mens. Upon walking into this store, was i greeted by 2 pleasant associates that proficiently spoke of the current promotions and knew how to direct customers to items being sought after. Throughout the entire browsing experience (i had no intent of buying anything), i was engaged into conversation by several associates that would ask in a very genuine manner of how they can assist, if at all. After much browsing, i caved and ended up purchasing a wallet. This was a great overall shopping experience. However minus 1 star for the cashier working who acted like she didn't give a damn about her job or customer service. read more

Came to the Coach Men's location to have a moto jacket I bought online exchanged for a smaller size. Unfortunately they did not have the size in stock. You would think this would be a simple process, but apparently Coach has made it unnecessarily complicated. However, I was blown away by the outstanding service that the staff displayed. Specifically the associate Andrew, who took the time to contact Las Vegas which was the closest area that had my jacket size. He reached out to the person there and worked with them to get me the price match, shipping, and return that I needed. He did all of this while displaying complete professionalism and patience that I did not receive from the coach's own customer service line for the online orders (which had me on hold for over and hour and then were rude). Great customer service and great deals. I went in looking for a men's wallet and got an amazing price. On top of all wallets and belts being 20% off, the entire store was 50% off. So for a wallet that was $99 I only paid $39. I was very satisfied and ended up taking two wallets! I'll be shopping there more often. read more

50% off sale! Right, what they don't tell you is they raise the price by 30% first... I went in attempting to purchase a bag that was $299 last week & they've marked it up to $499...
