We sat outside in the spacious patio area. This is a great place if you have a large party and don't mind sitting in the covered patio area. There are plenty of TVs to watch a game as well. It's bar food, nothing fancy. I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich, the fries were good and would have been even better more well done but the teriyaki wings were a hit. Plenty of options at the bar. It didn't take too long with our food coming out considering there was a large party all ordering at the same time. Service was efficient in the patio and the team outside were a lot nicer than the people working inside so I'm not sure where the disconnect was. Stopped by last minute while coming off the the Islands. Parking is a little tight, but there are plenty of spots. The place is a lot bigger on the inside than I expected. We sat at the bar and our bartender was awesome. Food was a little slow to come out. We only ordered 8 tenders and fries. I will saw that the tenders are huge and delicious! I've been visiting Coach's for years. It's a cute sports bar that always has something going on. A few years ago they extended the back patio and created an outdoor venue. It's covered so rain isn't a problem. They usually have a classic rock cover bank playing on the weekend. It's pretty cool. Inside there are tons of TVs. There are also many booths so I've almost always been able to get one. They have large table set up all the time so it's a great place to show up with a group and be able to sit right away. The food is solid bar food. The pizza is great. Prices are very reasonable and havent sky rocketed like a lot of places. They have a great beer selection. They have like 16 on draft. They have a wide selection (including sours) so it's easy to find something you love or something new to try. There is a designated parking lot so parking is easy. I ordered the Coach's wing basket and got the Teriyaki Hot. The wings were good but the sauce didn't have enough heat for me but I know for next time. The fries were hot and crispy. I've been 3 times within the past couple of months. Service has been fantastic every time. Food has been really tasty every time as well. Beer is always cold. There are TVs everywhere so you can always watch something, mostly sports but sometimes movies as well. Prices are reasonable. One thing I will point out as just a heads up...if you order a calzone and aren't expecting any tomato sauce inside the calzone then it might be a little weird. That was a first for me. I wasn't expecting it but it was tasty. I recommend their nachos as well. Another heads up, they serve sour cream in tube packets. Not my preference but also not a dealbreaker for me. First off, this place is huge! While driving by the establishment, it appears to be very small in size judging from the exterior. However, upon stepping inside one can see it is approximately a city block long, with very spacious inside and outside viewing areas. Each area can accommodate several hundred persons, and there are more than enough flat-screens for your viewing pleasure. Every dining booth has its own flat screen, with numerous more scattered thorough-out the business. The menu is very extensive, with something for everyone. I ordered the club sandwich with french fries. It did take awhile for the food to arrive from the kitchen, but the sandwich was filling. No comments on the taste as nothing stood out on that aspect of the food. They do have a lot of special events and appear to be a favorite hangout of the locals. It is a great place to watch sporting events and will most certainly fulfill your needs in this area. read more

I was looking for something to eat past 9p on a Friday close to Savannah State that wasn't fast food and located Coach's Corner. It's worthy of being called a real sports bar because of the number of TVs and menu! Burgers, sandwiches, wings, etc. I got the Patty Melt tots and a Yueling. So I'm a little confused on how to rate this place, because it is also a bar which I feel like would get pretty decent service if you were just there for drinking alcohol. They also had a huge concert in the back going on which looked really awesome. They probably have them often since the area looked like it was set up for specifically that. They did have a sign that said they are going to have a midget wrestling show soon. We came here for the restaurant part of this place and to try out their food. People....when you read all the reviews on how terrible the service is, you need to believe it. We spent about 10 minutes eating, but we were there for almost 2 hours, not because we wanted to. There was one young man/kid waiting our area and spent most of his time sitting down at other booths talking to people and wondering around aimlessly. He was super rude, and didn't even try to act like he was supposed to be professional. I had to physically wave him down and get his attention to even be able to get service. The only time he came to our table was to bring our drinks and then when I waved him down to get the check. He never came to refill anything or ask if we needed anything. Some other waitress brought our food out. Me and my fiancee had the Greek pizza which actually didn't turn out too bad. It was room temperature, but it may or may not have been because of the cold lettuce and tomatoes on top. We will never know. It was edible and decent. My friend got the club sandwich with fries, which wasn't special at all. The sides were burnt on the bread and the fries looked like they were from the cheap brown bag in the frozen section at the grocery store. The table that we sat next to was not picked up and sat dirty the ENTIRE time we were there. Nobody came to clean. I took a picture. I thought the place was going to be slammed when we pulled up, but it was just everybody at the concert. The restaurant part wasn't even that busy, so I'm confused as to how the service is constantly a problem here and nobody fixes it. We tries this place and we are never coming back. They do have military discount, if you get a chance to even talk to your server. I kind of want to check out the concerts, but I would never come back for food. read more

Came in on a Sunday at 2:30pm, there were five tables with customers. We waited ten minutes and left when no one even acknowledged us. Apparently losing customers doesn't bother them. Ugh! Gave them a good review for last times. This time I called to see if they could accommodate us out back, so our boxer dog could join us. He's older and loves to travel I think before going out with a pet, it is important to ask about seating. The person on the phone assured me this was ok, and I explained we'd be there in minutes. Upon arrival, bartender greeted us, and I explained we were outside waiting. After a 15 minute wait, I went in a told a server we had been waiting. I explained that I called first to make sure this was ok-they easily could've said not today. They had a few tables and some 6-8 tops, but nothing that couldn't be handled by the staff I counted. It was clear by the waitress' comment that we were an inconvenience- she never came out and said she couldn't find a server-she simply ignored me! I asked to see a MOD, but that person wasn't available?? They never asked for a name or number to make it right! Went to Molly McGuires-delish!! I was looking for a place to have lunch, and this was close by. It had 3 stars, but I thought I'd try. The short story: It is 3 stars at most. The good: the waitress was the best! She was quick to take our order, bring drinks, and checked on us constantly. Also, they make great drinks! The bad: The food is not good. The fish in my 'fish and chips' was soggy like a white paste. The chicken fingers were very greasy. The bathroom was a pig stye, and the words "nice d!ck" was written on paper above the urinal (high class place for sure). Did the owner not think to rip it down? Hands-down the worst service I've ever received in my life. Like this place set a new low.. I understand that they are a busy bar/food joint/music venue/hang out spots/whatever they are.. when it comes to food if they don't have enough servers which is totally fine why don't they do a new ordering system where we go up to the counter order when it's ready our number is called. That takes out any waitstaff needing to be used. I encountered two different employees one was a waiter for my table and one was a waitress in the back I believe they were both not friendly in the least.. i'm going to say the gal was completely rude when she bumped into my girlfriend. Didn't apologize or even acknowledge that she did that. Wow.. I mean it all boils down to these people could've had a really bad day that day I don't know their lives. The place wasn't that busy and the staff was not really hard at work I saw them talking with their family at one point chatting it up with their friends chatting it up with coworkers so it wasn't the fact that they were too busy to actually focus on customers it was the fact that they didn't want to. As far as the food goes... I asked what came on the special and our waiter didn't even know they had specials.. he didn't even offer to ask anyone about it.. I ordered a club sandwich and french fries it really wasn't that great. The french fries tasted like frozen frenchs that you get in Walmart. The club was extremely dry but there was no one to ask for anything to be fixed so yeah. It looks like they just had a renovation that could've been to the outside of the building I'm not for sure. I live right down the street from this place literally walking distance so I would love to come back here I really would and I'll probably give it one more try.
