I purchased a brand new Honda Pioneer 700 from here. I was on site when it was delivered, and…read morenoticed that when the delivery person went to start it, it seemed to start quite hard, and this was in 70 degree temperatures. I had it for a couple weeks, drove it for a bit, and it always started rough. When it came to below freezing temperature, it would crank and crank, then finally it sputtered, and I needed to keep the starter engaged to get it to start, which is horrible on the engine, and starter. At this point, I had been using all the fuel the dealership had provided with the Pioneer, which I later found to be 87 octane. I drove it for a couple more miles and added some fresh 91 octane, probably around a gallon or so, that I purchased in Dodge County, without ethanol. It still started the same, and at that time I contacted the dealer, and spoke with people there. Advised them that the Pioneer just never ever started properly, and when it came to below freezing temps, it was almost impossible for it to start. They questioned my fuel of choice, which I told them I put in at least 91 octane, or higher, and preferably without ethanol. The first person I spoke with advised that "the new machines liked the lower octane, 87 in particular, and also liked the ethanol." I found this weird, seeing as small engine fuel pumps burn out due to low octane fuel with ethanol specifically. I had to replace a fuel pump on a small, 24 hp engine v-twin, and purchased a new fuel pump from a small engine dealer/shop, who advised me to specifically stay away from ethanol fuel, and also run fuel higher than 89 octane. I did that in that engine, and never had a problem again after replacing the fuel pump. I told him that the machine always started rough, and never did it seem to start normal. I told him my carbureted Honda started better than this, and this was the first fuel injected model I owned, and wondered what could be wrong with it. I was then transferred to a woman, who I later found out is the service manager, and had to explain the issue with her as well. She agreed to look at it, after agreeing that the fuel, especially around a gallon of 91 octane that I may have added to a 10 gallon tank, would have effected the fuel in the tank. The UTV was picked up, and more then 2 weeks later, and several phone calls from me to them, as they did not give any updates on what they found, or what the issue was, they finally returned the Pioneer. I noticed they returned my Pioneer with less then a quarter tank of fuel, and also noticed they left an invoice in the glove box. I will add what they wrote for the resolution, and also note, that it still starts the same, which is horrible. This morning was almost 40 degrees, and it took about 4 seconds for it to start. Their "Resolution" reads as follows, :Drained out all fuel in tank and put in regular pump gas 87 octane. :Would not suggest running any thing different. higher octane at gas stations are not used much and have been sitting in a tank for unknown amounts of time. :The higher the octane the flash point is different :I started testing unit in 20 degrees and started just fine :Had again tested starting after sitting overnight outside and temps were in the teens and again started fine after fuel was replaced. They also noted that they added 10.00 of Fuel to my Pioneer, which they clearly did not. Where did that fuel go, if you didn't put it back into my vehicle? Why lie about it? I am not sure what they are doing to get it to magically start fine, but it has never ever started fine for me. One other thing to add here, is that I have a plow on it. Whoever used the winch to raise and lower my plow, almost snapped the "U" bolt attached to the plow, by over raising the plow. It is bent so bad that it is almost ripped off. This is ridiculous. The dealer never ever even explored the idea that the fuel they are using is poor and could be bad, instead they blame the customer. I will never ever return here for anything, send anyone here for service, or to buy a UTV. Stay clear

Not only did they do the needed service for a low price (it wouldn't start and needed a new battery and other minor repairs), they were fast and responsive. The amazing part is that they took the credit card over the phone and then delivered the car back to dads house so I didn't have to find another driver to join me. A few months later, when we decided to sell the car, I called for maintenance records and they got them to me immediately. If that's not service, I'm not sure what is!
