I believe the guy's name is Amann, I will tell the story now: I live in Sheboygan and work in Milwaukee. I got into my Jeep and started on my daily trek to work, and about 15 miles north of this place, my gas light comes on. So I pulled off and headed into this gas station. Upon my arrival, I realized that I had left my wallet on my night stand. I talked to Amann (sp?) and asked him if I could call my Fiance' and get my card number and have him run my card. There was no way I was going to make it back home, OR to work and I was in a REAL BIND. He informed me that the way I was going to do that, was not allowed. But he reached into his own pocket and offered me 20$, I only took 10. There is a bank branch where the tellers know me in the area towards my work. I was so floored that a complete stranger, would help a person out and keep them from getting stranded. It restored a bit of faith in humanity that day. I obviously stopped back in the next day and returned the money. I plan on sending some food that way. A small gesture in a world where things like that dont seem to happen anymore. I have been a loyal customer of Midas Grafton for nearly ten years since moving to Grafton and have wrote several glowing Google reviews. Midas Grafton was a wonderful community focused business, honest as the day is long and never made a mistake without taking ownership. Grafton Midas now, having fired all of the long term staff that have been there the whole time that I've been a patron now employ the absolute worst of the worst scumbags that I've ever encountered at any dealership or automotive maintenance place. The place is now strewn with maintenance-unfinished cars that block even the one way exit- you have to exit through the one-way entrance because of all the half finished cars. The staff are pathetic, rude, argumentative, remedial, provoking and seemingly untrained, and have no clue how to service customers and are utterly incapable of completing the most minor of car maintenance - an oil change. I am utterly disgusted (and that's being polite) at what Midas Grafton has become. This business is now a metastasized cancer on the good town of Grafton. An utter disgrace of a business.

He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars.
