The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

The driver was to arrive at 10pm this past Saturday night. When nobody arrived we called numerous times. The first time they said there was traffic, the second time they said there was an accident, the third time they said they were lost. It wasn't until 11:18pm that the driver finally arrived. We had a few stops that evening and Adrian was always ready for us and parked right outside the establishment we were leaving and dropped us right in front of our next stops, too. It was easy to coordinate just a simple text 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up and he was there! Definitely recommend for anyone who would like a fun, seamless option for transportation. He would come in to the tasting rooms at the various wineries, to give us a little time to wrap things up and go on to the next winery. He kept us on schedule, which can be hard to do during a girls only trip combined with wine! We so appreciated that! The limo was clean and modern. The TV and sound system were great and we were so grateful that Brendan was so mindful of our time. He was a great driver and he kept us hydrated with water while we went from winery to winery.
