From all the quotes I received, Art's team responded to me the fastest, worked with me on price, and arrived the same day I contacted them. I'm so glad to have found Art and Claudia! I had a large crack in my windshield from a big rock on the freeway (see photo). Many places default to replacing the entire windshield for these cracks. Art was one of the few that had the tools to repair a crack of my size. Not only that, but his work was superb (see photo of the sky and see if you can find two small, circular marks). Though there is a small "scar" from the repair inside the windshield (which is necessary; it is the same case no matter where you go), the outside of my windshield feels perfectly smooth! The scars are unnoticeable unless you purposefully look for them. The repair comes with a lifetime warranty as well, so there is no worry if it somehow cracks again. It took about 40 min for him to complete the work. To add on, Art and Claudia were super friendly and professional. It was really easy to book an appointment with Claudia, and Art was happy to converse with me and tell me about his tools when I asked. To top it all off, their pricing was better than every other place I asked (and I asked about 5 others). Let me start by saying that I have been extremely upset with the deterioration of customer service, value, work ethic, and the total lack of customer care, in America these days! California in particular has become an especially unfortunate example of this.. I feel like I'm always fighting either my phone carrier, the cable company, the grocery store, whomever, I'm absolutely frustrated with the customer experience of late. Having said that, I want to Tell you about a good old fashioned American Business as it was meant to be.... Arturo's glass is one that totally gets it! If I could give 10 Stars I'd give 12! Art himself was kind, patient, and understanding. He took his time with me but worked fast & efficiently, going above and beyond what I would expect from a simple windshield replacement service. Not only did he do a beautiful job with my windshield, but while I wasn't even looking he vacuumed the glass out of my filthy car, along with some of God knows what on my seats & console from before my accident,, but he also filled up my tire which was flat on the rim before he left. He even took a wedge to the sticking door hinge to help help with my door that had been knocking as I opened it, completely out of the range of what I paid for and without my asking! Both he and his assistant, Claudia, were extremely friendly and non-judgmental, all business, but very personable. I really can't say enough about this company, Arts Glass! Two weeks ago, a rock chipped my windshield on the freeway and I had a quarter sized star crack. The next day I went to the theater and parked my car in the parking lot. It was a hot summer day. Two hours later that star crack developed into a 5 inch long linear crack. In a panic I called several repair places. Most did not respond, one said they could not respond soon, and one said it is nearly impossible to repair. Art called me back and came to me the next morning, repaired my crack and did it for the lowest price. Art is friendly and professional. Sadly, yesterday day, I got another crack on my windshield on the freeway and had to call Art again. He came out this morning and repaired it. Though I found a place that was a little cheaper, I decided to get my windshield replaced at Art's Auto Glass because 1.the lady Claudia who responded to my text seemed super polite and welcoming and 2. I read the review on yelp and it seemed like a legit business. When the installer Arturo got there, it was right to business. He was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I asked for his thoughts and expertise on actually repairing the large crack instead of replacing it, feeling no pressure from him to replace my windshield at all. He was honest and was willing to repair the large crack WITH a six month warranty, which was awesome!!! However, I decided to get my windshield replaced to avoid any future problems and more possible spending. Another great thing is lifetime warranty on the installation. So if you have any problems in the future with the way the windshield is installed, he'll fix it without charge. This guy is GREAT! I broke my driver quarter window last night during the rain 3/3/18 on my 98 Dodge Dakota and went searching for the best price because it needed to be done fast! I had these people come out to repair a star in my windshield, and he didn't do a very good job but I didn't know what to expect. The star was still slightly visible. After about a week, the star was back the way it was before. I would not recommend them. read more

Where do I start with such impeccable service. First of all my brand new Mercedes was broken into sometime in the night. I called many places but nobody came close to Art's auto glass, they were the most professional, customer service orientated, and so attentive to my needs Also, they were the most reasonably priced glass shop in all of orange county. I honestly felt that all the other shops were trying to spike their prices because, it is a brand new Mercedes, but not Art. They went out of their way to find this glass and even came after hours to make sure my window was replaced within a timely manner. After the job was done Art went over all the specifications of this new window installation, he let me know what was covered and all the warranty that came with the installation. In addition, he was very patient and made sure that we did not have any questions and if we did he was there to answer them and he even left his phone number to reach him at anytime if we had any other questions that may come to mind at a later time. He has all the equipment needed to get a job done, he even had big LED lights to work in the dark. I tried fixing my windshield myself using kits from amazon. Unfortuntely I didn't do a very good job and in-fact made it unrepairable. Art and his aid came to my residence and replaced my E320's front windshield. It looks great and one of the reasons why is because he is extremely articulate. If I would have known the new windshield w/auto wipers could be replaced so inexpensively and professionably I would have never tried to repair it myself. I called him at 9 pm Friday night He came over at noon on a Saturday following day. My glass is way better then original BMW glass I was replacing. Very unprofessional. They didn't know how to properly install the new windshield on my 2014 Explorer. After 24 hours we drove it on the 405 fwy and the Windshield valance flew off. It struck my SUV twice and flew into the traffic behind me on the 405. My insurance company has been trying to contact them for the past 4-Week via phone and mail, but they keep ignoring. My insurance company suspects they might be operating in the State of California without insurance, which could become a big problem for them. My insurance company is now preparing a case. Art's Auto Glass still has a chance to accept responsibility before this goes to court. I sure hope they do since that would be much easier for both of us... I guess they think this will just go away. I guess they don't know how insurance companies work and that they're making this whole issue much worse for themselves. I honestly wasn't even going to leave bad feedback and would still remove/edit this feedback if they call back my insurance adjuster.
