When my car was returned to me, I immediately noticed a large black stain on the driver's seat that was never there before. The stain was wet to the touch, which clearly indicated it had just occurred during the cleaning process. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he denied responsibility and insisted the stain was already there, which is completely untrue. I told him I had photos of the interior of my car showing the seat before the service, but he dismissed me and walked away instead of trying to resolve the problem. It is extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and have them damage your property and refuse accountability. I paid nearly $130 expecting professional care, and instead my leather seat was left with a visible stain and no solution offered. I will be pursuing this matter further because businesses should stand behind their work and take responsibility when they cause damage to a customer's vehicle.
