I recently received an unsolicited email from someone named "Robert" (using a Hotmail address registered under "Bryan") claiming to offer "great toner pricing" for my printer. He asked for my printer model first, which seemed harmless, but then refused to provide any actual prices or quotes until I gave him my full company name, phone number, and physical address. It's now been almost two weeks, and I've received zero pricing information despite multiple follow-ups. He continues to push for more personal/business details while dodging basic questions. Beware CoastCoast has a policy of not issuing refund when passed beyond two years. This vendor sent the wrong order. Despite of us communicating to them (all documented) to rectify the situation, they never responded back until two years has past. They refer management as "The Warehouse". I don't usually take the time to write reviews however, I felt this was extremely important for anyone considering this company. I received a sales call informing me Coast to Coast could save me money on our ink cartridges. I thought this was worth considering and shared we are ordering from Office Depot. Where they informed me, they are cheaper than Office Depot. After providing our printer information, I elected to approve an order for one of our printers to try this out. The invoice arrived at DOUBLE what we are paying. I emailed back that I would refuse this order since the price was DOUBLE. They immediately called me on the phone and the lady started scolding me. I shared that I approved based on the fact the price was cheaper. The lady's voice got higher, and she started speaking very fast saying she was offended that I would say this, and they never make a mistake. I was shocked. Trying to work at my job while this lady was scolding me on the phone all because I was going to try their products based on price savings that ended up being DOUBLE what we are currently paying. This company continues to call me at work and harrass me. I thought I was in the clear after the 4th pushy cold call I received because I told him we were not permitted to use another company's ink or it will void our maintenance warranty. He told me it is illegal for a company to do that. I'm so glad he has insight to our 100k contract to know what's stipulated. I then reiterated my statement, and he countered with a free bag of M&M's. LOL - if I want M&M's I will go to my vending machine 50 ft away and buy some. He made a snarky remark and hung up on me. So I didn't get any calls after that.....until TODAY. I know several people who have worked there including my own son. John B (Ext. 220) is my rep, he is very considerate and has arranged deals & promotions for us aswell to help us out further when we needed. He even sends us a huge bag of M&Ms or other candy as an extra gift! We enjoy using him and certainly don't miss getting taxed insane markup at Staples or Office Depot for overpriced cartridges, especially when they do not come with a 2 year warranty like Coast to Coast cartridges too. Again, I called them, and was forced into an order that I was not comfortable with. I called back the next day to cancel the order and express my opinion of their pushiness. VERY disappointed. Their ink cartridges worked okay, but then we got into a batch that was just NOT working at all. They promised to send us "replacement" cartridges and asked for how many we needed, but they did not mention that they were going to also CHARGE us for the "replacement" cartridges. If their ink cartridges were not working at all, I would think they would replace them WITHOUT charge, but we never dealt with them after that incident. read more

I kept explaining that we aren't a great account because we don't buy much toner, and he kept talking over me explaining that his toner is better than the one we are using. My accounting firm has been using these guys for about 2 years now. The main complaint everyone seems to have is the cold calling. 100%, yes that is irritating. And it doesn't stop after you're a customer, I'm afraid. My rep Marty and I have a delightful monthly comedy act in which he tries to get me to order tons of toner that I don't yet need, and I find new pleasant ways of telling him to f-off until I actually need toner. He's a very sweet guy, though. Always extremely polite, and he does cool his jets when I tell him no. Once you get past that nonsense they're actually a very decent company to work with. I've price compared probably a hundred companies in my 11 years as an office manager, and theirs are among the most reasonable. When counting some of the cute perks thrown in (which may vary rep to rep, I don't know) it's actually quite a bit more reasonable. I wouldn't use them if you have a very small office with limited use of toner. But if you need to buy in bulk, they're actually pretty good. read more

First time buyer from these guys and I have to say Im not dissapointed. Worked with a nice lady named Danielle and she gave a complete breakdown on prices and how to get free cartridges and as some of the reviews below state...yes you get candy as well, fine by me!!!! Seems this place has gotten a bad rap and I havent used the ink cartridge yet but doesnt seem like anything will be a problem. They even go as far as sending you the ink first without payment and accept refunds on the ink you dont use. Seems pretty legit to me. Ill update when I use the ink if needed but Danielle is very nice and calls me right away if I need something.
