The environment was chaotic, as expected from a busy Costco. The line was very long, and several of the machines were out of receipts, which slowed things down and added to the general frenzy. Despite this, the staff were moving as efficiently as possible, and the overall flow of the line was reasonable given the circumstances. Price point remains unbeatable. The combination of high-quality, cheap hot dogs and efficient service even in chaos makes the food court a worthwhile stop. My recommendation is to go for the hot dogs, enjoy them while they are hot, and do not get your hopes up for the soda. I don't think Neiman Marcus is still open as they're closing stores here and there. I just came for a wander around to kill time but of course the stores calls you in. Window shopping which always lead to actual shopping. With the newer wing that houses all the higher end stores. The original food court still does pretty well but I can't say much with the Topanga social and it didn't last long. You have all your classic stores and then the higher end which this mall does offer a lot. Compared to the other Westfield, it's way bigger and better. There's plenty of parking both with covered structures as well as open lot. A good amount of restaurants surrounding as well as a movie theatre. It's your one stop shop.

I was trying to purchase a large TV, so I politely asked an employee in the electronics area where I could find a flat cart. He told me to look outside and mentioned it was busy, and to just look around for one but the way he said it came across as very rude. I went outside and couldn't find a cart. When I came back in, I saw one that wasn't being used, so my sister and I started loading the heavy TV onto it ourselves. The same employee walked by and didn't offer any assistance, which was frustrating but we continued anyway. After we finally got the TV onto the cart, he came back, took the cart from us, and told us he needed it for another customer. At that point, the interaction felt extremely disrespectful and rude because of his tone. I was so overwhelmed and annoyed that I decided not to continue with the purchase at all. I didn't get his name, but he was an older, tall white man working in electronics. Customer service should always include basic courtesy and respect. If someone can't provide that, they probably shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role.

VS pajamas for $20. Nike, Adidas, New Balance shoes for cheap (~$40+), American Girl Dolls for $30. They also have Holiday discounts. Follow them on IG to get their latest sales info and new inventory. Parking is ok. They have a small paved section and there's a small unpaved dirt lot next door you can park at as well.
