Not normally want to think about or even pay for this type of service, but I felt that our bins were getting kind of disgusting, including the landscaping one. Easy to make an appointment online and I received a confirmation a few days later. We had to modify the schedule due spring break, which was fine. Two guys showed up with their cleaning truck in front of my house. The pre-instructions were easy to follow. These guys were able to do them in front of my house which is part of a townhome community. They clean and blasted the cans and left them on the driveway. The area around my house was clean. The cans smelled fresh. They looked clean. I think for all three cans. It was $80. Well, worth the time and investment in my opinion. I know you could set up the recurring service. I'll definitely use them again, but I can't commit to a recurring service at the moment so probably late this summer. I'll look to reschedule overall very happy and impressed. read more

I have been using this service for several months. I had to cancel my service because they continue to mess up on billing, it was a job in itself to watch my credit card and have to reach out to them for refunds/billing issues. The time before last they came to my house, they washed two of the three bins and were supposed to credit me for one of them and instead I got an additional monthly service charge. Then when they came to my house this week and I had three bins sitting on the curb they told me it would be an additional $15 because one of them wasn't a recycling bin. They were too big of a headache to deal with on monthly basis. When I canceled my service and expected a full refund, they gave me some line about how I only get a partial refund.... as a small business owner myself, I know better than to treat my customers like this. Easy to schedule, they came on trash day so no need for me to have to haul the bins outside on a random day. I did not even need to be home for it. Perfect for condo or townhome owners where a hose is not easily accessible. Great reminder email and text to confirm with clear instructions. Unbelievable. I should have never deleted my first review. I had an issue with this company charging me and not ever cleaning my bins back in November. (Was charged in the middle of October 2021....no service. I had to catch the charge and reach out to them). They were supposed to cancel my account then. Just found ANOTHER charge on my credit card from January 2022. Tried to call and got a busy tone. Had to file a claim with my credit card company. This is ridiculous. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. And if you do choose to trust them, make sure you babysit your charges/services. They'll charge and never show... best to keep an eye on them. read more

The cleaning is great. Smell is great, however, follow up on phone messages not where they should be. A service business should be answering their phones, never do. Always have to leave more than 1 message and sometimes no call backs. Today I have left 2 messages re: a billing question and Nada, Nothing, Kaput! They never even contacted me to do a CS call to see how we like having the bins cleaned. read more

I signed up for service this past weekend and received an auto-reply saying I will hear in 24 hours about setting up a scheduled cleaning date. Unfortunately, I did not hear back in 24 hours. Then I followed up by email and have not received a reply to my email inquiry. I have called twice during normal business hours and no one has answered the phone and I have left two messages. I have not received a call back. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed by this initial experience and the lack of customer service. I will happily update this review if I ever receive communications from the company, which I hope will include exceptional customer and an explanation for the lack of follow up. Easy to sign up on their webpage. 3. Was sent an email so I could confirm my servicing. 4. Just followed the instructions - leave empty cans (labeled with address number) at curb on day of cleaning. That's it!!! I came home this evening to the cleanest, best smelling trash cans I've ever had!! I am almost hesitant to put any garbage into them now because they're so immaculate. OMG! If there is a six star option, I'd give them a six star! We had an accident a few weeks back that one bag filled with cat litter broke, so cat litters were all over at the bottom and we tried to scope them out but didn't do a good job. The hot weather just made the situation worse and next thing we knew our trash bin smelt so horrible that it could instantly knock one off! This service is really cool. I met Rian the owner at Earth day and really loved the idea of eco-cleaning my trash bins. Lord knows they needed it. I have a few renters in my home and they tend to throw unbagged garbage or over flowing bags in to my bins. Needless to say they stink. Rian showed me a demo and arranged a time for him to come by after my trash pick up about providing this service in Santa Barbara since there is no current eco-friendly way to clean your bins. He's even trying to get the city to let him use reclaimed water to save fresh water and then recycling that water. Let me tell you his truck is so cool. The bins were flipped and steam cleaned in a matter of seconds. My bins look brand new. No more ants and spiders and hopefully no more raccoons and neighborhood cats hanging around.
