Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. So he thought Jesse's Garage would be able to fix the problem. Little did my son know that the so call Certified mechanic could not find the problem and after charging $3000 to diagnose the problem and rigging some wires he got the fans in the radiator to work. I'm on SSA and it took me 3 months to pay off the debt. And I still have the problem, a hose in the radiator broke and my son had to replace it and at the same time he replace other ones that were very old and eventually would brake. The over heating came back. I called the garage and spoke to Phil Gomes and explained the problem and since I was told that the work was guaranteed, of course I called and was told that if it was not related to the fans (the wires that they rigged) that I might have to pay.
