Bob is terrible. Do NOT do any business with this crook. He broke a piece of my brake light near the rear window and did a terrible job tinting the windows. The windows are still filled with bubbles and even tears. This boy doesn't know what he's doing. He also said he'd redo it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Do not use Bob to tint your windows. I waited five days to roll my windows down and was shocked. Look at the pics to see. He said he would only fix the front passenger window. All of the windows look terrible and he blamed my truck. It is a 2021 Tundra. I asked for a refund since I will have to get all of the windows done again, by someone that cares about their work. That's when he stopped responding. I told him to give me the $150 it will cost to have his garbage work removed. Still no answer. I've called bob and left several messages, he said he showed up to fix his mistake, which he was going to charge us 50 dollars to fix, go figure and our ring did not show that he was ever here, so he lied. Tinted my windows in 2012 with tinting that isn't supposed to tear, cracked or bubble. Well one of my windows had a small tear at the bottom on the edge, I called to have it replaced and it took a few phone calls and finally he texted me back. I then met him, he replaced it but then while I was inside told my mother in law that he thinks my son tore it and wasn't really under warranty but he'd do it anyway. Um, no dude - it tore. I appreciated him replacing it but the accusation my son tore it was rude. I called Bob last week regarding my rear window tint lifting and he hasn't called me back. The tint he put on - he said has a lifetime warranty as long as i dont do anything to cause damage, well I want it replaced and he won't call me back..... read more

I would not recommend this guy... He will not come back to fix issues that he says it should go away or tells over text message how to fix it. I called and text message him because there is a lent inside the film and he has ignored me and once he said his dad is dying and will get back to me and still hasn't. What bothers me is that he thinks he can just get a way because he's mobile... I picked him based on referral. Also he does crappy job applying the film shitty job on the edges and angles. you guys have been warned if you like to pay $$ and this guy run from you when you catch his mistakes or warranty issue in about a week good luck getting him back. I hate making bad reviews, but I hope that by my review I save someone else from doing business with him. Please note that he screens his calls. He will make you leave a voicemail... If it's you trying to have him fix an issue he will not get back to you for about two weeks. However if you're a new client he will give you a call back right away. He did tint on my second car and there were bubbles absolutely everywhere. After about a month I realize that I really need to get this fixed because it looks cheap and horrible, and I didn't pay to have my tint look like this. I reached out every single day and I never heard back from him. I texted and called and left multiple voicemails. After over two weeks he finally got back to me. Please Bob, if you are offering unlimited warranty, you need to deliver. Anyway, he came and barely fixed it. He simply pushed on the bubbles and after he was done with my car he simply told me " it's not perfect but it's a little better." I'm not sure why I would pay for a mediocre job, and he simply didn't want to fix the job that he did. Ultimately, please save your money and go to a reputable company. And Bob... It's time for you to retire, big boy. read more

This guy was one of the worst window tint service ever. The first time I got my windows tinted by him, he was very rude and disrespectful. My windows had hundreds and hundreds of bubbles. I waited about 3 to 5 days as it said for the tint to settle. It took him two weeks to finally come and redo the windows. Once I waited another week, I noticed the windows were a lot lighter20% than the first time he did them. Once I had more free time I tried to contact him. He ignored me for 10 days then finally replied. He cussed me out, responded that he ignored me because he hated ignorant customers. I tried to have him come back and redo the windows but he just argued about it. I asked for a refund and he refused. Bob is the Man. We chatted prior to the appointment, and he ticked all the boxes I had to ask about, so I agreed to not only tint one car but my Prius as well. Suffice it to say Bob asks you what you are wanting first and foremost. I learned a lot about different tints, and quality of the products out there. Proof in the results, my Wife's 2018 Honda Clarity is now stunning with the window tint. It's a light red burgundy color, and the black offsets pick up the other black out parts of the car. My white Prius also looks like a new car now thanks to the tint offsets. His prices are spot on, and his quality is something to rave about. No bubbles, no streaks, no oops anywhere on either car. He cleans up as he goes, leaves no mess, brings all his own gear, didn't ask to go in my house, use phone, bathroom, etc. Very professional.
