The warranty states protection against delamination for 10 years, as long as monthy water samples were brought in, which we did... always buying the products needed, and doing as recommended. A few years later we noticed a small area of delamination and let Jimmy Legg know about it. It took SEVEN MONTHS to get any response, then he quoted us $1,300 to repair a 3x4 inch area under warranty. The entire resurfacing was only about $5,000. I can't understand paying $1,300 for a small area under warranty. Over the years, we have probably spent approximately $15,000 with this company. We were good customers. We will never do business with them again, nor will we recommended them. So disappointing. I can see now why they have such low ratings. I just wish I would have never done business with them."

Several issues Thomas offered nothing to correct. Some he said he could but I'd go months longer without my pool. As for the leak detection after replaster they are claiming they did. That's a bold face lie. Which it typical of blue haven employees. I asked for a leak detection due to loosing several inches of a water a day. I was told I to fill out a form stating I would pay for the leak detection if no leak was found and it would be up to $600. I refused to do that and showed them the leak myself which was a hole in the new plaster that they had already tried to patch twice. You did replace two patches of sod in my and my neighbors yard after your sub ran his can through my and my neighbors yard after a hard rain for no reason severely damaging both yards. However the time a different sub destroyed my other neighbors yard y'all did nothing to help there. I had to fix those damages myself. Y'all did a crap job and you know it. Even your own staff has admitted it. Honestly y'all's dishonesty and unprofessionalism is worse than the poor work yall performed.

Regards to our upgraded ladder still hasn't shown up & let him know about the ball valves. He said his guys did t have any in their truck during the install which was over 2 weeks ago. I guess they just weren't going to install them which are important for pool maintenance. The ladder situation- no upgraded ladder since I had texted Devin that we would order our own set of steps. Plus a pool bottom mat. I never received an acknowledgment on our request. So we assumed we would get the upgraded ladder still. I didn't order the set we wanted. My complaint or should say dissatisfaction with Syan pools would be lack of communication & not installing a completed piping system which was paid for.
