I was fitted MULTIPLE times on different days and as someone who goes to college in Macon, I had to make the 1 hour and a half drive to come in. I was exposed to unnecessary amounts of radiation from the x-rays that had to be retaken every single time I came which was a total of 5 times. Not to mention, one of the staff members messed up the impression so I had to come in AGAIN. After paying almost $2,000 for a crown I did NOT receive, I had to pay to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in order to get the crown. Why wasn't I told this before paying $2k when the Dr had seen my x-rays? They just care about money here and I would save myself the headache and money and not come here. My only regret is ever trusting All Dental Care.

I was clearly told that a cleaning and x-ray would cost $199. I specifically asked in advance who would be performing the cleaning and even took the time to check her reviews. But when I arrived, I was told someone else would be doing the cleaning--someone I hadn't researched or been informed about beforehand. I've never felt so uncomfortable or unsettled during any of my dental cleaning in the past 30 + years When I arrived, I was shocked to be told that the cleaning would actually cost $850, plus the $199 for x-rays and examination. When I asked for clarification, I was told the $199 only covered x-rays and an exam--no cleaning included. This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I've had my teeth professionally cleaned once a year for many years, and dentists consistently comment on how well I maintain my oral hygiene. Charging $850 for a routine cleaning + $199 is outrageous and unjustified. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the pricing. I can only assume that the other ones simply did not accept insurance. At this practice, on the other hand, Amanda was amazing. She was patient and supportive and took time to answer all of our questions. She took the time to determine how much our insurance would cover and provided all the information in a timely manner. The doctor was also incredible. He took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He went over the x-rays as well as the 3-D images to show me exactly what was happening and what my options would be. If you need an endodontist, then I would highly recommend East Cobb endodontics. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I barely had to wait even 5 minutes before I was seen. The facilities equipment was very clean and high-tech. From my…read morefirst call to make my first appointment - I could tell this experience was going to be different than my last dental offices in the best way possible. I spoke with Megan (so sorry if I am spelling this the wrong way) on the phone to make that initial appointment and she treated me like a real human and not just a customer. She explained everything thoroughly and even called me back once she ran my insurance to talk about pricing. This level of transparency was incredible and they portrayed that from the get go. When I came in for my appointment the office itself was so clean and cute! Another lady at the front desk- Amy- immediately greeted me. I said I was here for an appointment and because I was right on time she already knew who I was. The preparedness was not only noticeable but left me with a great feeling as I walked back to my chair to start my appointment. They send you forms to fill out that ask about your medical history and dental history, so my dental hygienist Stefani asked some starting questions to clarify my answers. Once again the preparedness was very noticeable and appreciated- it felt like she already knew who I was. She proceeded to talk me through exactly what we were going to do, assured me she'd take good care of me and then more than followed through. After the x rays, we also looked at them and she showed and explained some things that they found. Again the transparency and communication was just through the roof with this whole experience. I have had such a crappy journey with my dental care over the last few years to say the least and I left feeling like my teeth and my gums were already thanking me- or thanking Stefani I guess I should say. The cleaning was so thorough and was the least painful cleaning I have had in the last few years. You could tell she was very experienced and just knew what she was doing. Then the dentist- Dr. Levine came in- checked my teeth and gums further to make sure he didn't see anything that might not have showed up on the x rays. He suggested his plan for treatment and explained why as well as talked me through some troubles I had mentioned experiencing in my forms. I've already made my next two appointments here. Ultimately, I felt taken listened to, communicated with, and taken care of. The place really knows how to do it and do it well.
