Willing and capable of fixing any and everything from the cheap pair of shoes that you love and wearout often, to the really expensive, intricate pair that you might be nervous to trust someone with repairing. Incredible leather knowledge and workmanship. Many of my girlfriends will only take their designer bags here for cleaning and repair. It's our go-to for resoling my fiancée's dress shoes as well. I picked them up and when I tried them the next day I realized he hadn't listened to a word I said and just added Velcro to the overstretched strap. In fact they were even worse and totally unwearable. I was so disgusted I kept forgetting about it. There are signs in every inch of the shop that say absolutely no refunds.
