The first time I used KJ Shoe repair was for my favorite pair of broken-in, leather boots. One of the heels lost its sole. He replaced both boots so they match. I was quite surprised with how reasonable his price was and the work is quality! So the next shoe we bought in for repair was an expensive athletic trainer. These were new shoes that were a gift from my son. One of the Shoes' sole was separating so rather than sending them back for replacement, we just took it into KJ shoe repair. It cost us eight dollars to get it fixed well worth it and we got the shoe back in 48 hours. And he let us know that if the shoe comes apart again that he would fix it again at no cost. Phenomenal customer service! So far so good the shoe is holding! I have a leather purse with a broken zipper. I will definitely bring it in to see if he can fix it. I got 2 pairs of shoes repaired here. Great work, reasonable price. I brought in one pair of dress shoes that had lost the heel. I got both heels replaced, the sole re-glued and shoes shined. My other pair are Docksiders that broke the stitching between the sole and the upper. These both glued and re-stitched and are now good as new. The whole transaction cost $27. A fraction of what either pair of shoes would cost to replace. The work is high quality. Highly recommend KJ Shoe Repair. I had to have a one inch lift on all my all my right shoes after hip replacement surgery. he was very helpful and reasonably priced.he had to cut off the sole and heal of every shoe/sneaker, add a one inch filler piece in, then reattach the original sole/heals to 4 shoes, 2 at a time. It took him about 10 days as he was very busy at the time. He even told me to bring him one left one so he could replace the sole and heal on it at no charge, as they was very worn. He even cleaned and polis the dress shoes. I cannot recommend KJ Shoe repair any more highly. We will use him for any shoe or leather repair work going forward! read more

I took my winter boots in for new heels. The owner showed me the quality of what he would be replacing them with, which was a much better quality than what was on them. He then showed me a pair of boots that had them on but just hadn't been picked up by their owner yet. He seem to go out of his way to help me.
