This is a horrible place.!!!!!They do not do good work. I have had a very very bad experience with them. They repaired the heel of my clogs that I paid that $135 for. When I got my shoes back, my left shoe was making squeaking noises that I was not experiencing before taking the shoe to them. The owner (?) came out with one of the employee, asked me to put the shoe on and walk so that he could hear the squeaking noise . He was making EXCUSES FOR HIS HORRIBLE WORK! I asked for 1/2 of the refund or to redo my shoe. The gentleman with glasses , I did not get his name, he said NO being that it has been over 30 days. I jerked my shoes from him and walked out ! I am a great supporter for all nationalities!!!! However, I don't like to be DISRESPECTED!!!!!! NOR TO FEEL LIKE I AM A DAMM DUMB AND STUPID AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WHO WAS BORN HERE IN THE US AND PAY TAXES FOR PPL WHO GIVES NO RESPECT TO ME! I WILL NEVER REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I usually don't leave negative reviews for small businesses but this one is necessary. I travel and the best reviews I saw for a shoe repair was this establishment. I just received my shoes today after 2 months. I have to drive an hour to get here, so I've come 4 TIMES to pick them up. The gentleman behind the counter is very nice , but unprofessional. He told me I should have picked my shoes up within a week. When I left him I told him it would be two weeks. There is no message on their phone and they close and open at random. No one should have to guess when an establishment is open during their posted hours. read more

Excellent customer service! I tried to have my boots stretched here but the leather was too tough. The owner of the shop was very communicative with me about the whole process. I took the boots there three times and he only charged me once. I could tell he was invested in my shoes in order to get the result I wanted. This place is great! The gentleman who does the work is super kind and polite, and did a fantastic job on the shoes I brought in (one low heel and one high heel. Both needed new plastic tips, and the high heel needed some major repair on the full heel of one shoe). When picking up the shoes, he walked me out to my car and put the shoes in my trunk since I had my two little ones with me. Super sweet! My husband's shoes look great. I dropped off some boots today and he is going to reattach a tag onto the zipper of a leather bag.

This place is great. I took in a pair of really worn boots scared that they would have to be trashed or be too expensive to fix. Lucky for me they were able to be repaired. Now I heard of many places doing poor work to the point that you could see the glue and the repairs did not last. Not this place! My shoes are new looking! My heels feel good and I once again have my favorite boots back. It only took two days and the price was great! I will take all my shoes there from now on. read more

Man, this place was great for me. I had to stretch out some dress shoes, and he did them very nicely, for a pretty good deal. Although the owner is not very good at English, he is nice and knowledgeable in his profession. He also fixes things other than shoes, such as belts and bags, etc. The shop also sells an assortment of other things other than shoes and services, such as shoe shiners and other appliances used for shoes. He also sells bags, belts, and many other small things. I would recommend if you need to fix your shoes/belts/bags/leather gloves. read more
