Egregiously expensive! I'm still waiting to get my bag back so I can not attest to the quality of their work. My bag was scheduled to be repaired and returned by February 27th, 2025. Luckily I call on that day prior to going to pick the bag up, because during the call I was told the bag was still being worked on. No one notified me they were behind schedule. I had the opportunity to tour Santana Leather Care today. I have done business with them before but this time I got a behind the scenes tour of the place. Which was amazing. The parking is decent. Everyone that was on the tour was able to find parking which was great. The GPS bring you directly to the location. The parking lot was very clean, just as I remembered last time. When we first arrived we were greeted by Kara who is Robert Santana's PR person as well as her intern who was absolutely amazing as well. They both were stunning. Robert Santana was extremely pleasant and very humble he gave us the background of the company and walked us through some of the processes they use to restore items such as handbags, shoes & other high end items. One thing I was impressed with was how they treat their staff everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and Robert & Yury seemed to care about them a lot. The quality of work that they do is absolutely amazing. I plan to come back in a few days with some items that I need fixed. Overall great place awesome location and impeccable service. read more

I'm going to give 4 stars because the *Sole replacement sticks out, *The heels have a tiny gap between the shoe itself. *And it took forever!!! They also feel really hard when I walk, like the sole has something else added to it? Not like my others.. Anyway positive: *Red lacquer is more close to factory than Leather Spa Care in NY *They did an amazing job on color matching some spot that were scratched up pretty bad on the heels *The point at the front looks like it's new *I think they cleaned the inside as well, which is awesome All in all, I will be sending in my others to be repaired read more

I have a love-hate relationship with my wedding shoes. I lusted after them for months before laying down the plastic; but then hobbled around with what must have been a sprained toe for months after, having jammed my feet into their dainty Italian toebox all day and night. But they're beautiful shoes, with sentiment, and I do still get use out of them, so I want to keep them looking nice. I'm also notoriously tough on shoes... so despite only a few wears, the leather was quite scuffed up, and the heels were absolutely chewed (getting caught in sidewalk cracks and that sort of thing). I also brought in a second pair of Lobo's -- satin. These poor puppies also have nicked-up heels and snagging to the satin on the sides. I was told they could order the leather and re-cover the heels on the first pair; and that they'd need to consult and call me back on the second pair. The next day, I received a call that they could strass the heel; but not re-cover... I passed on that. The first pair was set to be done in one week. I got a call the day before telling me that the leather had not yet arrived so the shoes were not ready. But they failed to call me when the shoes were complete... I finally called them after another week had passed, and was told they were all ready for pick-up. Slightly annoyed they hadn't notified me, I headed out to Raleigh to pick them up. Very pleased with the work -- they're a definite improvement, and well-cobbled. I shot a pic of their work on the heel. Customer Service is lacking. The workforce could use some training on how to interact with clients. Pricing is inconsistent as well with what is stated on the website versus what is quoted. If the pricing conflicts with what the website states then explain why? This again goes back to lack of customer skills and inability to properly communicate with clients. read more

They said it would be 1 week but called me a few days later and told me that it would take some more time and made sure I was okay with it. I paid $120 for the fix, but I was highly satisfied with the result. You can't even tell. I was upsold on the leather cleaning service for $120. I went with it because I had this bag for more than 10 years and figured it needed it. It's fixed and clean. I essentially paid more than I paid for the bag in the end. Oh well. I sent my brand new never worn Louis Vuitton shoes in to have the toe repainted. The shoes is mostly white and I wanted to protect them so I sprayed them with repellent. After spraying them I placed them back in the duster bag without allowing them to dry which rubbed off the paint. I sent in both shoes to ensure both shoes would be the same color and would match. I get a call notifying me they received my shoes and it could be repaired no problem. About a week later I get a call asking me did I want to repair my other shoe as well. I immediately say the other shoes is fine there's nothing wrong with it. He then states it has a scratch on it. I tell him to send picture to my email bc that impossible. The picture show a cut not a scratch which clearly was done with a sharp object a razor a knife of some sort. I sent pictures of my shoes prior to me send them only for them to say we didn't do it and will not pay for me another pair of shoes and they are not responsible. I paid over 1200 for those shoes never worn don't waste your money with this company they mess up your stuff and refused to pay for THEIR MISTAKES!!!! I absolutely ADORE Santana creative. They have been my cobbler for the past 5 years. They have taken care of my loubi's and I can't rave enough about their customer service. I have a pair of nude patent leather Bianca's and every year I manage to do more damage to these one pair of shoes than the prior year. Well I was pretty sure I had damaged them beyond repair this year. Somehow I managed to get bright pink highlighter on certain parts of the right heel and toe. I was so sad and of course I took them to Santana creative in Raleigh. My fiancé and I were sitting in the lobby area and he had the brilliant idea that if they can't repaint them, then why not "further destroy them." Santana was not for it at first, but then he was all in for the challenge. He transformed a damage $900 pair of heels into a custom made masterpiece. I love my Bianca's so much I haven't worn them since getting them back from him in September. I love the fact he listened to his customer and figured out a way to satisfy. I was told he will now be offering customization services and will actually name it after me. How awesome is that?!? I will continue to ship each pair of my loubi's as I buy them to him for the vibram sole and any repairs. You can't go wrong with him. He cares for your items as if they are his own. I have never waited excessively long for my items and shipping is always communicated with you. Pricing is fair and you get what you pay for people. I was recommended by a Christian Louboutin store to take my shoes (worn only once) to Santana Creative to have one of the heels replaced. What a mistake... I am so disappointed and I've included photos to prove it!!!!! One: I was told it would take 7-10 business days but instead took 15. Two: Every time I would call (after the 10 day mark) to check if they were ready for pickup, I was told they would be ready the next day, this happened for 4 consecutive days. Three: the leather used is not patent like the rest of the shoe. Four: the inside sole by the heel is wrinkled from when it was pulled back to change outside heel. Five: sloppy job when glued inside sol back on, can see glue residue. Six: There's wrinkles and a bump in the bottom red sole where the heel meets the rest of shoe. Seven: They didn't even give me the original box I took them in. I tried to complain but for what? So they could damage it more trying to fix it! All the above clearly speaks about their lack of skill and professionalism, and are definitely not detail oriented. More care should be taken in such expensive shoes -any shoe for that matter! read more

I am VERY picky when it comes to who works on my Christian Louboutin shoes. Santana is one of two recommended repair businesses on their website and I (regretfully!) tried the other place in NYC before Santana Creative. It took the other business a full week after my product was delivered to contact me regarding what work I'd like done and then another full week to START the work on my shoes. Enter Santana Creative! I have now sent three pairs of Louboutins there and they not only are timely on contacting me (I always get a call on the day they are delivered to them,) but the quality of their work is well above any other I've used! When shipping my shoes from Chicago to Raleigh, I get very nervous. Santana Creative's wonderful staff always make me feel like my shoes are in the best hands possible. I have sent Santana Creative 4 pairs of Louboutins to work their magic on, and they do not disappoint. Their work is impeccable, and they are very timely. I always get a phone call telling me exactly what they can do, what the cost is, and when I can expect them back (which is usually a week). I will gladly continue to ship my shoes to them whenever I need to. They've cleaned adhesive out of suede for me, red-rubber-soled them (beautifully done with an almost exact color match), fixed a broken heel, rewrapped a black patent heel, and the list goes on. Very disappointed in my whole experience with Santa Creative. Upon receipt of my Christian Louboutins, they phoned to find out my repair requests. I asked to see a photo sample of the sole protector on espadrilles since there isn't one on their website, which I didn't receive until a week later and only after I telephoned them to remind them. This company did a great job on my Loubs. I reduced my heel by 1/4inch and added red rubber soles. They came back looking just as awesome as when I sent them! It only took about 2 weeks to ship them off and get them delivered back to my house. The return packaging was great. They treated my shoes with care. Had my prada saffiano purse repaired here. Was $30 for the zipper and $50 for re touching the lining which is relatively inexpensive. Though I could've easily had it done nearby, I went with Santana creative because they're recommended on the Christian Louboutin website and I have four pairs of Loubs that I'll need resoled and repaired soon as well as some Blahnik boots that need shoe taps. The prada was sort of a test. Though they repaired it in the estimated period of time, and shipped it out on the day they said they would, they did only an okay job. The purse itself looks fine, but the toggle keychain looks horrible. I understand that the leather on the keychain tab was pulling apart from each other (two pieces of leather previously glued together we're coming unglued, needed to have the lining fixed), but I was a bit disappointed when I saw the job done. 1. The color wasn't an actual match which again is to be expected when not sending your purse to the actual retailer 2. The paint job looked careless and sloppy around the leather tab. On the bright side, they completed the job in the expected timeframe and were able to find a prada zipper to replace my zipper pull with rather than a generic zipper. I probably won't send anything to them in the future, though. read more

Followed their online instructions and sent in my 2 pairs of Louboutins. One pair was rather old and needed heel tips replaced (I proved the replacements), red rubber soles attached, and inside leather sole glued down, and the platform had some cracks in it. The second pair just needed red rubber soles and were brand new. A week and a half later, the repair was completed and the shoes look great! They didn't dirty or damage the shoes in any way. The older pair looked so refreshed!! It was a little under $200 for both pairs of shoes, including shipping so not a cheap repair, but they did a professional job and worth it for such awesome shoes. There are not a lot of shoe repair places in New Orleans that'd i'd trust with such expensive shoes. Just to show you get what you pay for. I will definitely be using them for my high end shoe repairs in the future. read more

If you dial 911 for shoe repair, who would you want to answer? Santana Creative! They have worked on around 20 pairs of shoes and boots and a couple of handbags for me since I first found out about them. It is amazing what they can do. Most recently I had a favorite pair of Manolo's - black and white patent "harlequin" style sling backs - that I thought I would have to discard because I completely ruined the toes (white patent) on a curb. Santana replaced the leather on the toe and they look brand new. They replaced the footbed (silver metallic) of a pair of Lanvin sandals and even stitched the original Lanvin labels onto the new footbed. If you love Louboutins like I do but hate how the red soles wears off immediately at the ball of your foot, take them to Santana to have a customized red "wafer" applied to the sole. Can't say enough good things about them. Of course, their work is not cheap but it's worth it to save the favorite shoes. read more

GREAT experiences with Santana Creative. They are definitely priced in line with the type of shoes / bags they work on, so I wouldn't spend the money to have inexpensive shoes repaired here. With that said, they are just awesome. I bought a great pair of boots on ebay and, when they came, I couldn't get my foot in because there was no zipper. They added a zipper and it looks as if it was part of the boot. They've repaired lots of shoes for me, and I'm consistently thrilled with the work. So glad to have found them. read more

I live in San Francisco and I ship my bags and shoes to Santana Creative. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they always call before doing any work to let me know how much it will cost. Once I sent them my Louis Vuitton neverfull for a little interior cleaning on a stain. They called me back to tell me they weren't able to get the stain out to their satisfaction and that their repairs would be free. I got the bag back and it was perfectly clean. DO NOT support this company. I had a similar experience (as I'm now reading) regarding the repeated delays in having my shoes returned to me. Once I did, I was horrified. I sent them a nude Christian Louboutin for heel repair and received my shoes back with a different color nude heel. NEVER, when they called me to discuss the over $200 worth of repairs, did they mention that the color would not match. When I called the company they first requested I return the shoe so they could attempt a better match. When I inquired, if you have the right color, why wouldn't you have used it in the first place? Instead I requested to speak to the manager for at least a partial refund. That got me no where--no returned call. I called again---had to insist to speak to the manager. Never have I been treated so poorly in my life. The manager got on the phone, already angry, spoke over me, yelled at me and eventually hung up on me. The work from Santana Creative must be hit or miss because I was really shocked to see good reviews. I sent them my Christian Louboutin Louis Vuitton bag because the fur had a small scuff. It took a month for them to call to let me know the spot could not be color matched and a patch would have to be created. They created two small diamond shaped monogram patches, one to cover the scuff and the other to make it symmetrical. It looked terrible, it took six months and cost $340 not including shipping. I called them and e-mailed many times to let them know I was unhappy with the work. I was more than willing and pay to have the bag fixed but they never returned any of my calls or emails. They do not stand behind their work nor do they value customer service. I usually read reviews when deciding who to do business with but I have never written one. I feel compelled to write one for Santana Creative so they do not carelessly ruin another beautiful handbag. I highly recommend Santana Creative for designer shoe repairs! I sent a slightly damaged pair of black suede Pigalle Follies (Christian Louboutin) to be repaired and have red rubber soleguards put on. They did a fantastic job repairing the nicks, and the soleguards are practically invisible! My shoes are much easier to walk in with the soleguards... Pigalle's can be very slippery! I have already sent off 2 more pairs of designer shoes to be repaired, and expect to be just as satisfied! read more
