I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today at your auto spa on Elliot & Kyrene. The inside of my vehicle looked like the only thing done was the vacuuming. Dash, door panels and seats were not even cleaned off. The windshield still had the whole passenger side not clean of bugs ( there were numerous ones as I drive highways frequently). I know I am just one customer, but even one needs to be treated like they matter! I do not think I will be back any time soon!!!!! read more

This place is a complete and utter scam operation, they are total crooks! I went here in October 2020 for the premium $38 car wash. I only wanted a single/one-time car wash, NOT the unlimited car wash membership. The workers here were trying to upsell me at every turn and essentially harassing me for at least 10 minutes about getting the unlimited car wash pass they were hawking. I said over and over - NO! I just wanted one car wash and that's it. Well, lo and behold, they signed me up for it anyway without my knowledge or consent. Sadly, it took me a few months to discover the illegitimate monthly charges of $49 a month they were hitting my credit card for. I called the place, spoke to the manager Pat, and I could tell they run their business over their like a real crime syndicate. She had an attitude. Still waiting for actual confirmation from corporate of a $147 refund I am owed. Please steer clear of this place and for the love of god do not get a car wash here because they will take your credit card number and sign you up for incredibly expensive memberships without your knowledge. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know about my horrendous experience. I hope Cobblestone goes out of business, they are absolutely awful. read more

If you have a nice and/or EXPENSIVE vehicle, PLEASE READ ON! First, I used to work at a car wash for years. Yesterday, I observed a vehicle in the first lane nearest to the waiting area being wiped down incorrectly. Workers wiping down vehicles should use a minimum of two towels. One towel should be used on the lower portion of the vehicle where the most dirt and grime would be - it should never be used on the upper or flat portions of the vehicle, such as the hood, trunk and roof. That dirt and grime will scratch the finish of your vehicle. Yesterday, I watched a big man wiping down a customer's car. He wiped down to the very bottom and then used the same towel on the doors and roof. Unbelievably, he wiped down the wheels where the most dirt and grime would be and then used that same towel on the hood of the customer's vehicle. I immediately walked to the cashier and asked to speak with the manager, Noah. I learned he had left and was no longer working there. I asked to speak with another manager. After several minutes, a man I did not know approached me in the inside waiting area. I explained what I had observed. He told me the wheels are clean after coming through the car wash. Really? I disagreed. Anyone using a white towel wiping down a wheel after a vehicle comes through the car wash will find dirt and grease on that towel. He told me it is okay when they turn the towel over after wiping down the wheels and continue using that same towel on the rest of the car. How many customers would agree? I told him I observed the person wiping down the car using the same towel on every area of the car. This is a prime example of the finish of a vehicle being scratched and ruined. I asked this "manager" if he was like that done to his own vehicle. He just stood there staring at me and didn't say anything. I told him that was not the correct way to wipe down a vehicle and walked away. Years ago, this used to be a family-owned business. I truly miss them. Noah took excellent care of all the customers. You could take any concern to him and he would make it right. His absence will be GREATLY missed. He would have definitely taken care of the situation I observed yesterday. My suggestion to all customers reading this review - watch when they're wiping down your vehicle and speak up if this is done to you. It's the only way to get this bad process stopped. This is laziness and ignorance. And for this great service, they expect a tip! read more

I'm sitting here where the gas pumps are as I didn't want to leave before I wrote this. Im so fed up with having to wait extra time because they didn't vacuum properly or complete the tasks that were instructed by the rep who takes the vehicles. I've been a customer for a very long time and they are familiar with my vehicle and are very biased in not getting the job done because I've been a long time customer! I can't even tip because I refuse to when I have to wait again or ask for something that should've been done. Take today's visit for example. When checking in, I stated to please make sure they wipe down the interior , vacuum good because the last 2 times they didn't even move my seats and to get the trunk. When the car was ready, I showed the guy checking me out how the car wasn't vacuumed. He had to pull it around and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Then he said, okay all set. I asked if they completed the trunk and he said yes. I moved my seat forward and I said, look they didn't vacuum under the seats. While he was vacuuming under the seats, I popped the trunk (THANK GOD I DID) and they didn't even get the trunk. Then the rep stated, oh you have to ask. I respond by saying that I did and it was in the notes. I've never written a bad review but I'm hoping this will help resolve the problem once and for all as this is a continuous problem and I feel that I've been very fair in addressing it multiple times. Id like to also point out that my car is very low maintenance as its fairly clean all the time as I work with clients. My conclusion is that the staff is used to the vehicle as a repetitive wash (fast-pass) and they don't do a good job because I don't tip . This place has got to have the absolute WORST service I have ever seen. Since July I have been charged $39.00 per month for a service I never signed up for, I have asked to have it refunded and they said "contact corporate" and their corporate will not respond. I'm at a loss, it has been an entire week of constantly calling, going to the location and demanding a refund, and being told "they'll call you today or tomorrow" with no response. The service is utterly disgusting and I STRONGLY recommend no one use your debit or credit card here because they may just start charging you monthly. I will never go back until I get my $231 refunded (which I doubt will happen considering their complete lack of any accountability). However (and this is not unique for just this cobblestone) they just try way to hard to upsell me on wash packages and crap I don't want. I don't want to prepay my Washes and get one free. I don't want a package and no I don't want anything to eat or drink while I'm waiting for my car. Also, not having on option to get an express wash with a dry is stupid. Well, after 10+ years of patronizing this location, my family is done. It wasn't always great when it was Happy Harry's, but it's never been great since it became a Cobblestone. Today went in to get the car washed through the express lane, and as I was pulling up to the tunnel, the guy in the blue polo stood there and watched me, motionless, as I pulled into the lane guide. I must have been off by more than a few inches, as the wheel made a grinding noise and the car came to a sudden halt. All of a sudden he starts motioning to go left, and I'm wondering WTF he was watching while I lined up to begin with? Well, another guy came running over and could tell I was beyond pissed, and he started apologizing for the kid, and as my wife and I look up the kid is LAUGHING about it. I had a few choice words with that guy, he told the kid to go somewhere else, and they sent us through the tunnel. I asked him if there was a manager up front and he said there was, and I told him I'd be back after it was done. When I pulled around, there were 2 managers standing in the parking spots, looking already adversarial before I had even gotten out of my car, and then one proceeded to argue with me for a good 5 minutes about it. He refused to admit the kid neither straightened us out, or told us to stop before the incident - also admitted the kid did have a smirk/smile on his face after it happened. I told him go look at his cameras and I'd wait, which he refused to do. I told him we would never spend another dime at that location, and he told me that was fine with them. As I turned my back and was getting into my car, he started mouthing off to my wife, and then mumbled something at me about "what did I expect him to do" or something to that affect. I made sure to tell him I wasn't up complaining to get a free car wash, they just needed to teach their employees how to be respectful to customers and admit when they made a mistake or take ownership when one of their employees did. I went in there today with high hopes despite the horrible reviews. Boy, oh boy, should I have listened to them. When I got there I was just going to do the Ultimate but the guy said there was a "deal" where he'd do the diamond wash for free with a purchase of a $75 wax. I was like, okay sure. But after seeing the results, I'm pretty sure they SAY they'll do the diamond but basically do the base. When I first saw my car I was thinking, okay not horrible but not great (now keep in mind that was when I saw the outside). But then when I got home I noticed they didn't wax my bumper. I know they didn't because the rest of my car is shiny and that one area is so dull (I'm expecting to go back tomorrow and have them redo it because I didn't pay $75 for a half-a**ed job. Now that's not my only complaint. When The employee opened the door to show me the inside, I had to TELL the guy to wipe the area under my wheel because they missed it and I asked if they vacuumed and he said yes (despite the obvious crumbs and stuff at the bottom of the drivers seat). And the stuff they sprayed to clean my floor matts splattered and got on everything around it and they didn't even wipe it down!! So there was residue everywhere. My back seat doesn't even look like it was even touched. But lastly, they ripped off one of my feathers from my dream catcher. I noticed that one of my feathers was missing when all four of them were there before I gave them my car. I got home and basically recleaned my car because they did a horrible job. Every time I come to get my car washed I always get the ultimate plus wash. I always have to have them re-clean my car after they say they're done. They never seem to want vacuumed my back seat. Which I told them to make sure to vacuum all the leafs out please. Nope! Had to go back & make them. What's the point of getting my car washed if I have to go back home and re-wash things every time?! Guess I'll be going to the Scottsdale location for now on. Given this location too many chances. My husband always returns home and has to take a towel to wipe the spots they missed. I don't pay to have my car washed to have to redo it. Today after I left I was livid when I went to open my trunk. The whole back end was still dirty. I don't think they like to use any more towels than they have to, they prefer to blow dry. I returned within an hour to have it redone. You would think they would give me extra attention. Before leaving I examined it, and asked the guy to please redo the trunk area, he did, but still not great. We have the Fast Pass, do we will be returning, but I will be looking the car over before I leave and if I have to ask for it to be redone, the tip will be deducted. I miss Happy Harry's! This place is now more like a car sales lot then a friendly car wash. They try to up sell everything, very annoying. Aside from that, the quality is horrible. I paid for a detailed exterior and interior wash, when they were done there was still dirt in the cracks of the seats and they didn't vacuum under my sunglasses case. They were so lazy they just sprayed the case, never lifted it up or moved it. I'd expect that for $5 but not for $30. Won't be going back, which is sad because I used to go to Harry's all the time. I arrived excited with my friend for an oil change and an car wash (which I upgraded). We both arrived at the same time, with her car getting serviced 15 minutes before mine. My friend and attendants ensured in an hour, the cars would be all good and ready. However, after being gone an hour, my car still had not been washed, while hers ws done and waiting for her. Again, we pulled in at the same time. Then I had to ask the men, if I could pull my own car through the wash now, as the line was now very long to wash cars. I waited an additional 30 minutes, as they took my car to the "end" of the wash line. All in all it took almost two hours to change my oil and wash my car:( 30 of those minutes I attempted to stay patient as I waited now, outside for my car, and late returning to meet my landlord. read more

After being charged $20.00 by Discount Tire to put a tire on my car a service they did not perform, I was unable to get the lug nuts off so I called roadside assistance and was told it would cost $ 95.00 to come out and change my tire. I took it to Cobblestone , Immediately Dave and Steve looked at my tire and told me to pull it in, within minutes Steve had my tire off and the spare was put on. Every single time I take my car through there now, I have to ask them to clean the rims. Then they start to clean the rims again and they never clean them very well. I really don't like this car wash. I've learned that every time I go to this car wash I'm going to have to say the word NO five times. This last time they started trying to sell me some clay something for $300. I guess they think if they start with $300 I'll think $75 is a bargain or something. No. My car has over 200,000 miles on it. The ONLY thing I want is to wash the dirt off of it. This last time I went to Fry's and got a rain check for a rib roast that the butcher was special cutting for me and a lotto ticket. Then I went to the car wash. When I get home, the rain check and lotto ticket which were in the center console were gone. That rain check was going to save me about $50 on that 5 bone prime rib. Have been going to this auto spa and oil change place for about 2 years with C grade quality and service but they are fast so I always just dealt with the sub par work they did on car detailing etc as time is money. however recently I took in 1 one of 3 of my vehicles to the big grumpy guy in the oil change bay and usually I have them run an engine cleaner through my motor before changing the oil and the half dozen times they have done it in the past with the little old guy running the show there has never been a problem. I bring my own oil my own filter I just pay them $20.00 to do the labor but today this big grumpy guy who seemed to hate his job wanted $60.00 to do the same service I have had numerous times in the past for $20.00. I left called in to talk to the manager and he could have cared less about the grump upsetting customers in the oil change bay so I found BIG O Tires at cave creek and the 101 and ever since I bought a set of tires from them they change my oil filters and oil for FREE !! Sorry cobblestone it's all about the little things !! 1 star Also there car wash guy isn't any better horrible customer service and attitude and I would say unless all you need is your car hoses off then all the grime covered up in armorall go elsewhere !! read more

Usually clean my own cars but do to it being pretty dirty from a trip to the mountains I took it to Cobblestone. Paid $35 for the ultimate plus. Jumped in my vehicle after it was done and got down Tatum and realized no one cleaned the inside. Turned around and asked if the interior was supposed to be cleaned and was told yes. The guy did a half hearted job. When I finally got home, I took a second look and then spent another 20 minutes re-cleaning all of interior windows that were streaked and the entire back half of the car that still covered in dirt. For $31 you'd think that included wiping down the interior just to get the dust off, well it did not because I asked. I started going to this location for car washes and have always had fantastic service. The team here takes their profession seriously. Several months ago I bought monthly passes for all my cars giving me unlimited washes. Now here is the good part, I have two Lexus cars that I use to take to the dealership for routine maintenance. I started taking them here for oil changes and other regular maintenance activities. WOW significantly less money but more importantly i feel I am getting much better service. Steve Ryan is really knowledgeable on all cars and routinely far exceeds my expectations. Final bonus is the gas prices are very competitive with all stations around the area. I only use Chevron gas so this is a big bonus. I am not the type that writes good feedback as I just expect it. Because these guys far exceed i felt i needed to give them what is due. PS. I am providing this review while waiting for my car wash in their waiting room. FREE WIFI, Desktop computers and TV. Does not get more relaxing to wait then this. read more

Not happy with my Cobblestone "Works" full service car wash today! There were black hand print smudges around the vehicle, particularly on the back hatch and rear doors. The dashboard was not vacuumed and neither was the center console (see pics). Also, your description says "dust dash & console" and my dash was not dusted or wiped; dust still present (see pics). When I drop $22, I expect a quality wash and clean interior/exterior, not a half assed job. I will not recommend you to ppl and I will not come back. However, the auto glass guy was very nice, patient and had great customer service skills. That was the only positive experience I had today. Your workers need to pay attention to details or else you will go out of business!!! read more

It doesn't allow 0 stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. I bought their best wash "premium" for inside and out. The guy told me it's the best one to get the inside really good and get the dog hair out. He showed me the pamphlet and cost was $49. The receipt he printed out showed $69 and he told me that there was a glitch and to tell them inside it was supposed to be $49. I went inside to pay and the girl told me the cost was $69. I told her what the guy told me and she said the price just went up "today" to $69. I told her he sold me the wash for $49, she kept insisting and telling me it was $69 and then finally when I refused to pay more than what I was told she got the manager over to credit the $20, and was not happy that she couldn't charge me the $69. After they were done and I drove away I noticed the windshield still had specks all over it. The inside still had dust and smudges everywhere, there was still a bunch of dog hair everywhere. I went back and told them it was not a $49 job they did, it was more like the express wash. The guy told me they would run it through again and would re do the inside. While waiting again, I happened to look out the window when the car came around, they wiped down around the driver side. Then I noticed they were gone a long time, I thought maybe cleaning the mats. The guy came back (no mats) and called me over. It was no better. They never even removed the mats to clean them or under and around them. They just wiped the driver side thinking I would just see that and be satisfied. The windshield still looked the same. There was still dust and dog hair in it. I was so frustrated with all the time wasted I just left. I went home and cleaned it myself. I will never go there again. I am not one to write reviews but I hope to save others from dealing with this bad customer service and their awful car washes. read more

I have been going to this at wash since it was happy Harry's. They did a wonderful job, it took a while, but you knew they cared and did a good job. I went there today and it took about 10 minutes and they didn't get my mirror, a few windows And the interior still looked awful. I purchased the ultimate and I just wish they would do their job.
